Had a broken spring. GDS was there the next day, right when they said they would, swapped out the spring in about an hour. No problems.

This was our second call in two years to GDS, with Richard II as our tech. Our problem this time was that the door fell off the tracks after being struck by an overheight vehicle. Thankfully no one was hurt. Richard attacked the mess.bent panels, bent guide rail.we were sure the door would have to be replaced. But for less than sales tax on a new door, we were up and running with full repairs just like you would expect from an automotive body shop. I like these guys, and you will too!

Eh - i paid a nice guy $250 to put 5 screws in a board/ didn’t even replace it when I showed him it was splitting…. His response was to put more screws in. Garage remotes still don’t work.
