Garcia's Tire Shop, Waco TX

If you took your car to this shop today, you might want to check your tire pressure. The guy had my tires at 52 and 60 per another tire shop. My tires only take 43. No wonder he didn't charge me or the lady in front of me for our services and we both offered him money. The weather was rainy and cold so I wanted to give him a tip and he declined the payment.

Leaving my review up from 4 years ago of this place, however, under new management and things have gone down hill. Came in with a bad tire, they changed it with another used tire as they didn't have any new in stock at the time. They also patched a tire on my trailer. Got home, noticed the used tire they put on had a puncture/broken belt on it. Also my tire light never went out. Was out of town for the next 2 days, but when I came back to have them fix their used tire, they stated that it was a nail hole and that the tire was damaged beyond repair. They refused to replace or fix the tire. Acted as if I was lying about the situation even though they clearly recognized me as they didn't even want to look at the receipt when I offered that. Took to Tire CIty in bell mead, where I watched them take the tire off, to find the tire already had 3 patches on it, one being the nail hole in question. Garcia's also had broken my TPM sensor which I now get to pay for ($75 plus installation). Needless to say, won't be going back. They had plenty of time and chances to honor their product and fix the situation. I'm sure the owner will get on here however and discount and try to cover. I have been going here for years, as obvious of the previous review. DO NOT GO HERE.

Awesome price on a set of 4 new tires. Only place in town that a actually had them in stock and wanted me to come down even though they were closing in 30 mins. I still went the next day and got great service and they remembered me from the phone convo. Great people, great price.

Very nice a friendly. Prices for used tires are normally cheap and affordable, but of course pay attention to the used tire you get. There’s never a guarantee it has good tread

Very trash service and they’re very slow. They got mad because I didn’t want to buy a tire from them and just denied me the service I asked for. I would never go to them again. I’d rather ride on flats for a week than to dial with them. Very unprofessional.

Garcia’s is THE TIRE PLACE TO GO TO! They will not do you wrong. Employees are professional and courteous. They will get you in and out of there very fast. Highly recommended

First time coming here and it's my last. Bought a tire for my car and within the same day, it was flat by evening. The tire was losing air from the intake air pump and was not anything on my behave.so I call Garcia's tire shop and explain to them the situation, they said I could get a replacement if I bring some kind of receipt showing I got the tire from them. So I did exactly that and ended up paying for another tire because they said it wasn't the right receipt. I don't ming paying for another tire if I know it was soley my fault but it was a bad tire and it was higly unprofessional of them, if u weren't exactly detailing for what I actually needed to bring them dont lie about false promises.

They explained everything the guy did. The Lady has a attitude and she is NOT friendly at all.

The inspection place was always closed The one time I got in she pointed out a mistake that I had generally made with the car I went to get it fixed was gone less than 15 minutes it was closed and did not reopen again apparently get your business done with them before 2: 00 they take a 1 hour lunch break at 12: 00.

I've been going to Garcia's tires for Years. They are always nice and very helpful. They have good used tires. And great new ones.

Super friendly and helpful staff and owner. Go there if you need new, used or replacement tires or a state inspection for your vehicle.

These guys/gals are amazing. They took care of our emergency need and got us out the door in less than 30 min- 2 new (to us) tires and the price was fantastic. Call them with any tire need.

These guys work hard and are good at what they do. Its beyond me why or how people complain about the used tires they purchased in the first place. If you want to buy tires and run over a field of nails then thats on YOU. Damage after leaving the shop is completely the drivers fault not the tire shops. Decent prices for excellent service.

Please don’t go here they rip you off and have way more than enough money as it is.research and go somewhere else instead where they actually care about the service you get and where they will guarantee good tires that’ll last you but this place is not it.

Decent cheap used tires quick service always friendly and good new tires as well. Would recommend to anyone.

Business doesn't open until 8AM and these guys started working on my tires at 750AM.they are very quick and friendly. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. Great deals on tires and it’s quality work done fast. Since moving to waco I always come to them and never had an issue. Support your local businesses, those big chain stores can’t provide the same quality of service or price as these guys.
