Garden Gate Floral Design, Dallas TX

This is my second time ordering from them and I love the product they delivered. The customer service was amazing and the flowers were beautiful! I wish I remembered the name of the lady that helped me with the order. She gave me amazing suggestions and was very helpful. I can’t wait to order from them again!

Junior is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He made a BEAUTIFUL arrangement for my mom in the hospital. He listened to what I wanted, needed, it was perfect! I told him it was to brighten her day and it did exactly that! Thank you so much Junior

My personal experience and my visual perspective of the owner of the company Junior is not someone I would recommend doing business with. He treats his employees like second class citizens, constantly yelling at them. That showed me what kind of character he is made of and I would never do business with a miserable human being like him.

Junior and the Garden Gate are the absolute best. I have done multiple events and Junior is amazing to work with. He is so creative, kind, and generous. Highly recommend!

Currently planning our wedding and had the worst experience with Junior. Junior is very rude and completely unprofessional. He had an attitude while trying to work with him. He would not respond to emails or calls, and when he finally did, he was rude and continued with his bad attitude. Completely agree with the other reviewers who say that Junior and the customer service here is incredibly hard to work with. I can't speak to his arrangements because we absolutely aren't using him and planning on telling our friends not to use him either.

If you’re considering Junior and the Garden Gate team - HIRE THEM. I had a vague idea of the floral look I wanted for my wedding at Arlington Hall. After sharing a few reference photos with Junior of the look I liked, he knew exactly what I was going for. He shared photos from prior events GG has done and was able to flawlessly execute a unique look for my Arlington Hall wedding. Everything from the stunning bouquets to the jaw dropping centerpieces was perfect.
I had multiple guests mention how impressed they were with the flowers and the gorgeous vases as their favorite elements of the night.
In addition to the stunning flowers, Junior and his team did a great job in constructing a chuppah for my blended Jewish wedding.
As an important aside, Junior stayed in-budget.
I cannot recommend Garden Gate enough and I cannot wait to work with them again in the future!

This place treats their employees like complete garbage. And that’s enough for me to never want to use them. Would never feel right getting flowers from a place like this that treats their employees so badly.

Worst experience of my life. Had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking with Junior and Jordan a couple of days ago. Both have the worst attitude I have ever experienced. They laughed in my face for a simple misunderstanding. If you like to be humiliated, please go ahead and stop by. Definitely suggest going elsewhere for any floral needs.
