Garland Inn & Suites

Was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. They make you sign a no refund policy and take your $110+ They also have to place a $5 deposit for the TV remote and plastic room key. The Jacuzzi did not work. We had no bath towels, soap, shampoo, hairdryer. I have to call the office more than 12 times. The room had two different-sized curtains hanging at the window and one was shorter than the other and both were half curtains. We went to tell management that this was the ugliest room we had ever seen and that the Jacuzzi did not work. I complained about no towels and they brought me a torn-off towel that was dirty and folded. I refused it and the maid had an attitude with me and said call the office if you want something better. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I called the office over 10 times and they just let the phone ring one gentleman came in behind me and he read the policy turned and walked out. I really could not believe they allowed their workers to treat guests so badly. SMH I should have known better plz heed this warning!

Room are very dirty did have clean towels for guests room only got clean twice.front office very rude!

There's a lot of illegal activity that goes on in and around this hotel. Which increases the amount of police activity in that area. So make sure your legal if your moving around near there because u don't want 2 give them any reason to be messing with u. Trust me they will. Hopefully this will save someone from having to find out.

This place is like a scene straight out of HOSTEL.doors don't lock properly, hige gaps in between the door and the frame, dirty, and the nerve to charge extra for a TV but no remote to change the channel. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. JUST NASTY. I wouldn't be surprised of ya caught a cootie there.

THIS PLACE WAS TERRIBLE! We stayed ONE night. The staff was incredibly rude, most of the lights didn't work in the room we were given, the sheets had disgusting stains on them, the bathroom was atrocious. The worst thing though by far was when we checked out they said that WE broke the toilet.the bathroom was so disgusting we barely even went in there and when we did we didn't actually sit on the disgusting toilet but they ended up charging our credit card $200! Claiming the toilet wasn't like it was when we checked in! DO NOT STAY HERE. They will make stuff up and take you for all the money they can!

Do not come here. Staff is rude and they’ve been having a horrible bedbug problem for years and they still have not solved it.rooms are trashy, and AC does not work sometimes I told them about these issues and they brush it off. They do not care at all about you or your well-being.

If you live here your dirty just like the room YOUR READING THE BAD REVIEWS AND STILL BOOKING WHICH IS ALSO HELPING THEM STAY OPEN THIS PLACE NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND THE OWNER NEED TO BE SENT TO JAIL PERIOD
