Garlett Chiropractic - Chiropractor in Keller TX

Where do I start? I’ve been seeing chiropractors for 25 years. I’m 32 and have 2 titanium hips, 18 traumatic Brian injures and I’ve been dead and revived. To put it lightly I am Very rough on my body.
Dr Garlett has been amazing for me and kept me running smoothly for years now.
I try and get every single person I help with Traumatic Brain injuries to See him. Ask about a Cranial adjustment, It’s works wonders.
I couldn’t touch my toes for a decade. Had 2 hip replacement surgeries and still couldn’t and then one session with Dr Garlett and I could touch my toes.
Migraines? No problem
Sore pregnant wife? No problem
I took my 5 day old daughter in, being in a womb for 9 months isn’t exactly comfy.

I cannot say enough good things.

The only Con is his new office is a mile farther away from my house so it’s 3 miles instead of 2 now.

BEWARE of this fraud…despite the good reviews left by god knows who. This chiropractor was absolutely negligent. After seven visits of him PROMISING he would fix me…because according to him medical doctors are all ‘fraudulent’ he did more harm to me. I submitted my chart before initial visit. THEN after 7 adjustments he decided to look at my x-rays, even though I sent them in way before the first scheduled appointment. I trusted his ‘expertise’ and ASSUMED he would have reviewed my X-rays and MRI BEFORE he laid his deceitful hands on me. He did not. I believe he did more damage to my body by not looking at the x-rays and adjusting my neck and back without knowing what is going on. MY REAL medical doctor agreed with me! As far as the x rays and MRI, when he finally looked at them, he told me my spine and neck were riddled with conditions, and he did not feel comfortable treating me, unbelievable negligence! Beware: all he wants to do is sell the “soft wave“ treatment for over $1000 which I found the exact same unit on Amazon cheaper.
This was after he told me that only two people in the state of Texas have this; him, and the Dallas Cowboys… Since then I have found tons of groupons for this…. Half the price he sells his scam for!
All I could say is BEWARE of this guy, he is not professional, and does not know, what he is doing apparently! Any REAL doctor would have reviewed BEFORE snap crackle and pop ‘adjustments’ that made me worse. Shame on him. Scam artist. Im filing a report against his fraudulent practices. Go see him at your own risk. Must be family or friends leaving reviews or poor suckers desperate to heal while he peddles his snake oil machine!

Great overall experience. Front desk staff is very kind and accommodating. Dr Garlett listens to patients to understand their needs and works according to that. The adjustments are the best I’ve ever had.

When I met Dr. Garlett, I felt an instant sense of peace.   His gentle manner, attentiveness and extreme knowledge of what was causing my problems gave me the willingness I needed to give him a try and to obey all he told me to do regarding the process needed to get me back on my feet.
I can’t say just how much I appreciate the man!   I am 1/3 of the way into his suggested treatment plan and I feel amazing!   I am moving around a lot faster, I can get down on floor to play with my grandson again, my sleep and daily routines have improved greatly.   The low self-esteem I was starting to developed has also improved greatly.   I have hope again.
I greatly recommend Dr. Garlett to anyone experiencing any kind of chronic back pain.   He is knowledgeable, honest, caring, giving of himself and truly wants to heal people.   Am I just writing a good review? NO!   I feel so good I just want to scream it out to everyone that is hurting!   Do yourself a good thing.go see him and let him tell you what he can do for you!

Seeing Dr Garlett this past week for an abrupt onset of severe lower back pain & spasm has completely changed my (previously skeptical) perspective on chiropractic medicine! He is knowledgeable, effective & kind in his approach to my pain & the treatments. I was able to walk out of his office the first day and have improved throughout the week! He has given me hope for a full recovery, already discussing a release plan!

Dr Garlett is 1 of 2 chiropractors in my lifetime that I have ever recommended. I've seen more than 50 if that helps. He is a master of his craft with tons of knowledge and experience. I'd say you're missing out if you've never tried him out.
