Dr Peel performed Gallbladder Surgery on me in October of 2015. I have been having what feels just like a gallbladder attack ever since. It is now September of 2023 and gallbladder attacks are worse. Have had spasms in mid-section ever since gallbladder surgery.
Have had 2 ERCP's by another surgeon in Houston to open up my liver bile ducts. Got some relief for a few months, but still had spasms. Going to Houston to another doctor because gallbladder symptoms are getting worse.

It is scary that Dr. Peel is still practicing medicine. He ruined many lives in Beaumont. Do your research and don’t be fooled by his false charisma.

Update 2022: I can't stress enough not to go to this man! Everytime I'm laying in bed sick, I think about him because it's because of his botched surgery that I have long term issues. If you haven't researched him, please do! Or trust this review! The Texas Medical Board suspended some of his privileges. He also filed for bankruptcy a few years ago because he had so many lawsuits! If you want to continue living life and as normal/healthy as possible DO NOT TAKE THE RISK WITH HIM!

Update: 2 years later I'm still suffering & having complications from Peel! This man has truly impacted my life, at only 32! I was very healthy before he touched me! PLEASE. DON'T GO TO HIM!

I literally ALMOST DIED after a surgery from this man. He has lost privileges at local hospitals! I'm living because God saved my life and touched the hands of other surgeons to assist and correct his mistakes! While in hospital, several nurses told me he couldn't touch them with a 10 ft pole & felt so bad for me! People are overtaken by his bedside manner and he does have a great bedside manner. However, that does NOT supersede almost causing deaths on any day or level, for me! I wish I would've researched his lawsuit list first!
