Such nice people! I was traveling through when one of my spark plugs went out and they got me in instantly when no other shop could. I got to pet two adorable dogs while they checked over my car. Then I was right back on the road 45 minutes later. Such a great shop!

This is a great shop I would recommend at 100% but make sure you drive to the location to speak with anyone about your vehicle simply because I fill like I'm being drilled everytime someone picks up the phone and it's not a certified mechanic. They just need to work on customer service that's all

Definitely do not recommend. Stick Triple A muffler in Broadway Blvd in garland. It's who I used for years when I lived in garland. Moved out this way and tried to give black business a try. You'll pay more with the 'other' places but at least you'll know your car is fixed 100% right, with communication and professionalism.

My son's air compression was supposed to be bought new and under warranty and I used the American first financing for 1000, after paying 700$. Yeah, I know, complete rip off in many ways. Not even worth posting the screenshots of everything but that's why I always only text communication so you always have written proof. The mechanic at his college called me and said maam they completely ripped you off and this hack job is what caused belt to pull and blah blah so he was like a real mechanic knows the original fix is from the compression job done and he needs to fix it. Of course, no response from gas and grease monkey. But. I guess name says it all. I do believe though you get what you give in life so this company and owner only gets so far as the last ripped off customer.
