It's fine if all you're going to do is say you went to some gift shop in Dallas! We watch the show religiously and we're very disappointed.
Very clean place, friendly staff they were out of stock in a lot of items which is understandable considering the holidays just passed. Lots of props were to take pictures at.
Bucket list ️ The husband is a major fan. We visited the shop. Super nice staff and a fun experience. Just wasn’t able to meet Richard this day.
We were so excited to come and see the shop but were sadly disappointed when we got there and it was only a t shirt store with 2 cars inside. I they closed down the shop to the public.
Who doesn't love watching Richard and his Monkeys smash out a cool ride?

Coming here has been a life goal of mine! I will tell you right now you will not be disappointed, man the place is dope and not to mention the rates in the merch store are so reasonable I just got everyone Xmas gifts in one place! Ha ha ha Garage Monkey XMas!
I have been looking forward to visit here on my next trip to Dallas. Love the merchandise was hoping to meet Richard loved the cars in display.
We bought 2 stickers that we ordered on their website - credit card was billed on 7/29/2021
After weeks of looking for them and countless emails to them, with them responding about a "sweepstakes in process and our order would ship within two weeks" which I should point out we had not participated in, the stickers arrived on the 20th of September almost 2 months later. We also paid extra money for expedited shipping which is ironic in this case. They might be great on TV, but their customer service leaves you irritated and unimpressed. And don't try to call, because no one answers a phone there.
If I could give the shop a zero I would but in order for me to write a review I have to give them a one absolutely worst job I’ve ever brought business to would absolutely never go there again would never recommend anyone going there the owner is a complete arrogant person who will not listen to you when you have ideas and have the money to spend
