Gaspachos El Charro 2, Richwood TX

Not certain what I was expecting- but the helpful young lady at the counter quickly aided me in my decisions. The two must try dishes were a Papalote… corn and surprise-potato’s! - in a little dish. Great spice level. The Vaselote- yellow corn served with street spices and cream/butter. Yum! Roasted just right and crunchy. She picked my drink for me- an iced coconut crème with a nice fall blend of sugar spice. Great to finish behind the spicy corn. Great surprise- will be enjoying lunch here again!

I stopped by here to grab stuff for lunch, and I got the Vasolote and the Marulote and they were amazing. I got the one with no spice and another with medium spice.

Food was quick, staff was nice and the price was reasonable.

Took my kids here yesterday after school. Kids nachos were fine. I asked them to make sure mine had no spicy stuff at all. It’s almost 1am and I’m still sick as heck from them putting every spicy thing they had in my food. Seems as tho this was done on purpose. Will be sure to report this to other people as well as this seems like food tampering. What a waste of money. We use to come here a lot. Never had any problems. We will not be returning ever again. Will also be sharing our experience with others because I was very specific. Now I will be missing work tmrw. Hope the young ladies that caused this are happy.

The food was met my expectations, reasonably priced, and came quick. The dining room is clean and cool, and the bathroom’s cleanliness impressed me.

I got frescas con crema the crema was delicious but there was good service as soon as I walked in the door “visited march 13 2023”

Everything is very delicious, but every time I go one of the girls who serves has a bad attitude and doesn't say thank you for coming or see you later. Everything else is very good.

Me and my husbands absolute favorite snack place to go, serving Mexican treats and much more! Our favorite is the banana split or the VasoElote as well as their daily changing aguas frescas!

Didn't really understand the menu but the girl's explained it well and was good help I was just expecting a restaurant and it wasn't really that
