Karina Chicas was very attentive, and calm, answered all my questions, heard my concerns and guided me in the right direction. Very happy to work with her, and her professionalism.

July is very helpfull in all difficult questions. She takes time to make sure problem and question is resolved. She is also very patient and friendly. I am very happy and fortunate to have her as my agent in both of my insurances.

Stephanie has helped me with info on car insurance, flood insurance and home insurance.

We are really pleased & happy with State Farm!

They also speak Spanish.

Policy quote/cost was very good. Policy didn’t take long to create. Regarding roadside assistance- Customer service agent was horrible. Gave the first roadside assistant the wrong information (address and phone number) plus the first roadside assistance never showed up after waiting over an hour. Second roadside assistant Mr. Sam was awesome! Keep in contact via phone and eta. Plus he did a wonderful job assisting me with my vehicle needs and made recommendations on how to resolve the issue.

This is- hands down- the only insurance agent I will ever recommend. From the beginning I was treated with the utmost care by Stephanie, who searched extensively for the right policy. And even after I decided to explore other alternatives she made sure to save my quote exactly as promised. Even Alondra, who was heartwarming and attentive, was truly amazing at facilitating our enrollment. Both these agents put Gaston over the top and I have no doubt that I will be more than satisfied every time.

I can honestly say i love the experience with the state farm team! Always there when i need help or have questions especially Stephanie she is an amazing agent very attentive and making sure i have the best deal!

Went by this weekend with my dad he had questions and his ONLY days off are on the weekends. I could NOT believe the girl working there this past weekend was so nonchalant and unwelcoming. It was as if she did not even want to help! If you can not handle this kind of work or have experience with customer service with a rush as this past weekend she should not even be in that field! Either arrange better employee schedules and prevent this from happening. This was not very pleasant for my dad he had to leave due to the fact that it was taking long and the attitude that was reciprocated I did not appreciate my dad being talk to as she did! Why is there only there workers in a big office? I have come in to pay a bill for my parents during the week because they work the hours that the office opens and closes. And the other girls are very sweet and helpful, this person needs to sit in the back and just not talk to people with THAT kind of attitude and unwelcoming personality. I feel this place needs to better organized to help us as the customers. My dad tells his friends about this place, but after this past weekend experience he will not anymore!

When I called the office Alice Espinoza went above and beyond what was expected of her! She treated me as if I was family! She helped me solve the problem I was having! I would recommend when you call the office you ask for Ms Espinoza! She likes to be called Alice but rest assured she will resolve any and all Issues that you might have!

Alice Espinoza helped me change over my coverage on one of my two vehicles. And even explained to me on why one of my cars needs pip protection to where it made sense to me. She even asked if I wouldn't mind paying a little more per month to maybe have a lower deductible. Told her sure how much more? Took her a few minutes she told me the amount so i could lower my deductable. I'm like hell yea I'll do it. Now I have a deductible of $250. She was extremely helpful and very professional. Going to call and ask for her if I have any other problems or changes. Very nice and polite and respectful and explained it very well.
