The staff were welcoming and professional. The doctor is friendly and personable. Other than feeling a little rushed to get dressed upon waking up, everything was great.

The staff was very friendly. Dr. Sharma is great at explaining procedures and why they are needed. He is very thorough. Even though they were a bit behind and we had a bit of a wait, they let us know their situation which made the delay acceptable. Both my husband and I are very satisfied with the service they provide.

I had my first colonoscopy here. Every employee was fast, efficient, and professional. I don't have the training or expertise to say anything about Dr. Sharma's skill, but my referring doctor loves him and that's good enough for me. A little story about why I loved my experience:

When my referring doctor said she was sending me to Dr. Sharma, I asked, "Oh, is he your go-to camera operator? " My doctor got defensive. I told her, "You don't understand-I worked in fine dining restaurants for 13 years, so I know that the last thing I want is to be someone's special snowflake. I want to be a standard, run-of-the-mill patient for this guy, number 4 in a day where he does like 15 of these, and I want him to have done 1000 of these before me and be ready to do another 1000 after. "

Like I said, I can't speak to Dr. Sharma's skill-my doctor's referral is enough for me in that area. But from my time in restaurants I know how hard it is to deal with the public when there's a lot of moving parts and a lot of people moving through, and so I can speak to this: Dr. Sharma and his team were thoroughly professional from beginning to end. Everyone was experienced and clearly invested in their jobs. They take care of little things, too-after I changed into my hospital gown the nurse put two blankets on me that had been heated up somewhere. Dr. Sharma is excellent. He took time to explain my condition and his recommendations are turning my life around. I’m not out of the woods yet, but hopefully on my way to full recovery. Wait time is minimal and his staff is very courteous. Adriana is an exceptional assistant. She returned my phone calls and was prompt to help expedite my labs. Dr Sharma and his staff are a blessing.

The front office was pleasant, back office was pleasant, and the nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable, however I did have to wait a while to be seen.

Good experience. Support staff was very professional and easy to communicate with. Was actually seen by Heather Franz, APRN, and she was very informative and extremely helpful! First-class facility!

The office is in need of more seating, so many people had to stand, and my daughter, had to sit on the floor with her toddler. Also the very extended wait time was not expected. We were there over two hours. Staff very nice, Dr. Sharma, very thorough. Check out very good.
