We did have a bit of a wait, which was understandable since Dr Bismar was “on call”, but otherwise staff was very nice and he was very thorough in explaining results and plans to deal with another procedure I will need. He took his time and wasn’t in a rush and answered all questions.

Dr. Bismar and his staff are AMAZING! I needed a gi scope and when I went it I was so anxious I couldn’t do it. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and said it was okay. I went in the next day and got it done. This practice is filled with amazing people that truly care about others. Dr. Bismar will take his time listening to you and he is very thorough. If you need a GI doctor Dr. Bismar and his staff are the BEST!

2nd review: I had to have a colonoscopy and just like with my first procedure the doctor and his team were amazing. I’m very anxious about sedation and they moved things around to make sure I had the same team as before. They truly took care of me.
