The lady that checks you in was sweet and informative. We ended up getting stuck and some other folks helped us, only downside was there are beer bottles and cans EVERYWHERE but other than that it's a pretty good spot.

Great customer service when you pull up. This UTV and ATV park is Amazing, Wonderful, Awesome and SO FUN. Our first time here but it will not be our last. You can set up camp or RV and picnic. We found a tree and set up outdoor cooking and camping. Best place to ride and go Muddin. Plenty of trails to ride and great family fun.

Great park and tons of trails. Good water riding and some nasty holes. The staff is the nicest people you'll ever meet. Really great folks out there. They make sure you have a good time.

Gator Run is a 5,000 acre off road park. During the spring, the park usually has lots of water and mud to ride in. However, because the park is so large, if your ORV gets stuck, there's no guarantee that anyone will be around to pull you out. You definitely explore at your own risk, and a lot of water holes are deeper than you think. Don't be afraid to back out of a trail if it doesn't feel safe! Also, I recommend for people to ride with an additional rider (s), or invite additional riders with their own ORVs to explore the park with you. Be sure to check your ORV's radiator often to make sure mud doesn't collect and dry on it. Otherwise, the radiator may overheat. There's usually a water hose available near the entry area, but you are advised to bring your own water hose and connect to other water hookups to prevent waiting in a long line to access the water. Overall, the goal is for everyone to be safe and return home without injuries.

Worst experience anywhere so far! The place had trash everywhere on trails and around the camp sites including large piles of trash. We were made to leave by owner and police after we politely asked an 8 year old who was not legally allowed to drive the ORV he was driving by the state law, to slow down going near our camp or to refrain from going around our camp while we were cooking. His family came over to our camp twice harassing us and using fowl language. And when we retaliated with words the lady filmed it, turned off her camera while she herself cussed and shouted and then she took it to the owner and showed them getting us removed. Next time we will video everything. She was going by our campsite herself revving engine and spinning out on purpose. The place is very sanding and the wind blew every bit of sand into our food and drinks. Rude people and poor unfair management so we will NEVER go back there. We never had issues when it was under a different owner.

Extremely rude from all employees. From the girl at the check in. To Barney Fife security guard riding a 4 wheeler around. He and another guy that works the front gate approaching us yelling for us to move our rv while we are trying to check in. As soon as we paid it was crazy how they was treating us. Hopefully none of these people were owners. I so want an owner to contact me so I can tell them in detail how we was treated.

We had so much fun this weekend. Fantastic place to ride. The lady at the gate was a sweetheart, and did everything she could to make sure we had everything we needed at our campsite. The RV park doesn’t look very popular, I don’t know why. The hook ups were fine. Most importantly it was great riding.

We always have a good time when we ride here. Lots of good trails, and a lot of water and mud if that's what you're into.

First off the lady is SUPER sweet and that is the reason for the three stars.

The website needs to be updated, there is no consession stand available, the showers are sketchy, they have 4 portable potties and not a facility. Our party brought 3 RVs and we had trouble trying to find spots for our RVs that had working electricity. Another party came in after us and had the same problem trying to find working electricity. The sweet lady did tell us to fill our fresh water tanks as water lines get broken all the time which we did have to use on our last night at the park. They do have septic however, it is not available to use and the pipes are open for anything to get inside. There is no park map available so you are on your own on that.

We did not rent the cabin or mobile home so I am not able to leave a review on how those were.

Other than the amenities the park was pretty decent. We did enjoy yourselves for the four days we were there but I do not think we will be back.

1st let me say that I would probably go back, but there are some things that the park needs to improve. The park lost power Friday night. That meant our RV hookup was dead and electric heat was unavailable so it got real cold. My understanding was that the showers were broken. There may have been one shower that may have been working (I didn't verify the info) but everyone was saying there was no hot water. So we drove 30 minutes one way to use truck stop showers. Last, there was only 1 dumpster for trash at the park entrance. Trash cans at the camp sites would make it so much easier for us to keep the area clean. Also the one Porta-Potty I used a few times was missing hand sanitizer, and it didn't look like it had been cleaned anytime recently. It wasn't the worst I've seen but it could have been better for sure.

There are many miles of trails. There was water, mud, soft sand, hillsides, tight trails through the woods, and wide open right-of-ways to blast down. Plenty of room and areas to play in. Lots of fun.
