8The wait is too long and needs improvement i had to wait nearly 3 hours just for 1 check up this time is just ridiculous!
My first time seeing Dr April Gatson she listens to you made me feel comfortable checks everything out. Gave me diagnosis setting me up with everything I need. Would recommend everyone who needs new doctor to call and get yourself appointment with her. You will love her too. Thank you again Dr April Gatson
I actually had a primary care doctor “fire” me for questioning his assessment of my medical conditions. It was the best thing that ever happened to me, because a friend suggested I see Dr. Gatson. That was 8 years ago, and I’m thankful for her intelligence, knowledge, compassion and skill. Having said that, pack a lunch when you have an appointment, there is ALWAYS a long wait. Honestly though, it is worth any inconvenience to have her as my primary care.
Great doctor. Terrible staff. Hours of waiting and they will repetitively fail to call in prescriptions despite that being your only option. Do not use if you expect to have your medication consistently
Dr Gatson is a great dr had been a patient of hers for over 7 years and my mother was too when she was living. Her heart is with her patients. But when you have to wait for over 2 hours with an appointment that is to long, the front desk ladies are not what they used to be never had this issue years ago, I changed dr because of these issues not her as a Dr
Dr. Gatson listens to you and easy to talk too she's a truly caring person with a very friendly staff. Highly recommend her.
Great doctor. Keep in mind she will not be on time, bring a book.
She is giving the same quality of care that you will receive, to her current patient. No question is too big or too small. An old school, highly knowledgeable physician.
If you are in a hurry and can't wait, ask for the first appointment if the day. Wait until 0930 to call and not be placed on a long term hold, or call at 2pm for the same quick conversation.
She really is worth the wait.
