Orthodontist Gaynier Orthodontics reviews
14 Great place to get braces in elpaso!
They've took care of me for 2 years and worked with me thru times I couldn’t make appts and helped me get everything take care of.
The workers here are amazing, friendly, and good at what they do.
I would recommend this place to anyone who wants quality braces:)
- pros
Great experience all the way thru
I had a disappointing experience with this orthodontist. The quality of work is mediocre at best, and despite claiming to stand behind their work, any issues are met with indifference. Be prepared to shell out $35 for an office visit, regardless of fault, IF you are within the 90 day guarantee period. After that period, you can expect to pay all over again. The doctor is amiable, but the front desk staff has a serious attitude problem and will speak in Spanish, creating an atmosphere where they seem to hide conversations from patients. This lack of transparency adds to the overall unprofessional vibe of the office.
Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Strongly recommend for anyone needing an orthodontist. My kids love going there. They are very patient and friendly.
Great service and staff, everyone is always so friendly, my daughter looks forward for her appointments.
I can't say enough good things about my experience here. The front office staff were so nice, helpful and really know how to put you at ease. Omg the x-ray experience no bite down trays all top of the line! Getting braces for the first time over 50 was so easy. I just can't say enough great things and the doctor was very good and hands on with each patient.
Came here for the first time and just got braces, I just wanna say I felt so welcomed and at home here. Everyone here is so sweet. The Orthodontist is very sweet, knowledgeable and makes sure you are comfortable. The people at the front are awesome as well as everyone in there. I would recommend this place to everyone. Looking forward to the next 2 and half years of braces!
Everyone is so friendly and professional. My son said he liked the east appointment and the way he was explained what would happen. The doctor and team were great! Happy we chose this office!
Everyone was so professional and eager to assist with answer and all around assistance. Very nice group of personnel. I recommend my friends to go to your office. Great job everyone!
I am very content with the service I received at Gaynier Orthodontics. I was attended shortly after I arrived and the staff was very friendly. Definitely a great experience.
Help to adjust the schedule for me and find good time for my busy day. Staffs are kind and greetings with smiles in each visit.
Through the entire process, they have alleviated any worries I had financially and worked with me in a different state entirely.
Great team and Doc.
This is our third child to get braces here. They are super friendly staff, and we are very happy.
Dr. Gaynier and his staff are awesome! Very courteous, professional, and attentive at every visit.
Despite being rather late for my appointment time, Dr. Gaynier presented me the results and costs for braces that I might consider. Dr. Malpica gave me three choices for treatment options for my complicated tooth situation right now. Two out of three options include braces. Dr. Gaynier was positive that the Invisalign light weight option was appropriate for me.
The cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be. My last estimate was over 30 years ago in Austin, Texas, and that orthodontist insisted on heavy-metal for two years. My, how things have changed!
