Great store, great prices, everyone os helpful and nice. They treat you like a person not a number.

People here are awesome. I was assisted by one that helped me because I have special needs. Even made friends with the customers.

They are always great and helpful and really seem to mean it. Thanks for great employees - and great prices and coupon offers. BUT really the REAL customer service at the McKinney location!

Do not order a gun from here. I ordered one June 24 and still have not gotten a call. I have called multiple times between that day and a month after waiting. Every time I call they say they don't know when they get orders in, they can't give an estimate time frame for when it should be in and don't try to help you at all. Julie was not very helpful. Ordered one from Cabela's instead and it was in within 4 days.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Friendly and personable staff, good selection. Much better than a large chain. By far the best place for work clothes and basic hardware. Not just farm and ranch supplies.

Sometimes I find it difficult to rate this type of business. However, in this case, I'll follow my instincts and give it a 5 rating. First I was greeted by one of the employees which immediately asked me if there was anything she could help me with, instead of that "can I help you find something? " At first, I didn't pay much attention to it but that little event had a huge impact on my experience. After that, I started walking around the store, looking at the merchandise, getting familiar with my surroundings. At one point I was just wondering around when I saw another employee (sorry, I can't remember his name) but I just asked him a little question about chickens and boy he was knowledgeable about the topic.
After talking to him for about 5 minutes I learned more about chickens than all my years in school. The place is clean and organized. They have plenty of things to sell but that doesn't give it the 5 rating. The real reason for that is the family feeling you get. Friendly, honest, and wanting to really help is the reason for the 5. Good job guys! Keep up making a difference in the community.

I love going to Gebo’s in McKinney, TX. The ladies are always so friendly and helpful. They greet every customer with a smile & can we help you find something. Not like going to a big box store at all. The young men are not afraid to speak & help either. Although today I didn’t see any of them. I usually just buy dog food there because they carry Merrick and my dogs love it. It’s always a delight going to Gebo’s and I highly recommend you try it for yourself.

I like the socks I got even though they were a little pricey. I was not asked by an associate if I needed help and the cashier was not very friendly.

I went in the store to pick out a men's secret Santa gift and I was absolutely clueless on what to buy. Sara and Julie noticed me browsing and both were super helpful. Sara helped me pick out a nice knife and Julie assisted me in picking out a hat. My secret Santa recipient loved his gift! I will definitely be shopping here again.
