4The store doesn’t take phone call right now which is a big inconvenience. You have to go to the store to get an update with Geek Squad because if the update in the system is not up to date. The customer service line can not reach the store. The store should take their phone calls so they can give an update on repairs with Geek Squad. It has been a week and I have not been able to reach the actually store (Geek Squad) to see if they receive my new phone.
They wanted to charge me 300$ just to re install windows and it would take 4 days
Chuck did a great job reinstalling my dash cam. How I wish I'd gone to him in the first place! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and I felt safe.
(My apologies if I got his name wrong. I'm 99% sure it was Chuck!) Anyway, he was there on Friday 8/21 for my 12: 15 appointment)
Pasadena Store and Geek Squad and Geek Squad on line have ALL BEEN THE BEST! Dependable and ease of service is the BEST.
