3I had to call my local store about an email claiming a charge for service that never happened. It turned out to be a phishing scam. Be aware for false claims in your email inbox. Go to the original source for information regarding charges. Do not call the 800 number in the email.
Super helpful and nicer than most in this particular field. I was skeptical at first but was immediately put at ease. They unfortunately didn't have the part my phone needed, it was on back order, however the service was stellar!
I didn’t like the fact that when I brought in a router the lady was very nice a and said since they send it off, it would be better to get another one, and just pointed to the store floor and said just find a blue shirt and they will help you. I spent 2 hours just waiting. If I wasn’t getting things for someone else, I would not have ever went inside. This seems to be a very common trend at this Best Buy. Plenty of employees to check out, but not so many to help pick items out. I would think that because you can get cheaper price on most items online or at Walmart or Target, the service should been superb and go above and beyond. This is just not the case at this Corpus Best Buy. None was rude or ugly. There were just not enough employees to help the customers and it was not a busy day.
