10Geico was higher than Progressive and Progressive had $10,000 medical and Geico only offered me $5,000.
Had to get an emergency tow. Called several tow trucks finally got one that came from 45 miles away. My geico insurance had a max of $100.00 for tow, but they have to call the tow provider or they only pay $50.00. They said read the fine print on the policy when I asked why they only paid $50.00. Thanks Geico. My tow was $350.00
To get me out of rush hour traffic on I-10 where I was stuck in my car with 70 mile an hour traffic going by both sides of my car in the dark. Very scary, we were blessed to get off the road without getting hurt or killed. I really didn't think I was in a position to wait on anyone.had to
Geico is surely ripping off by sending us a soft quote with the lowest rates and then when we call local agents - Ms Ross at the Pearland Office - Managed by ERIC MAYS in Houston, they run the same data and run us through the same data by asking us the same questions (SWASTING OUR TIME) which I have already done on my online quote. (QUOTE REF#Reference Number: 505267T4350357)
In this case, we also agreed on a certain rate and I have the confirmed email from GEICO for the auto quote and I gave Ms Ross at the Pearland Office - Managed by ERIC MAYS MY CREDIT CARD #, waiting for her to run it and after few minutes she backs off by not giving me the advertised rates.
Only answer she could give was I got a speeding ticket in 2017 which is not a claim at all and these speeding tickets are five years old.
NEVER EVER FALL FOR THEIR SOFT QUOTE you get by mail/Email.
Even there adverstisment are fake.not genuine, They may have been good five year before. I had policies with GEICO BUT now they are TOTAL RIP OFF

The lovely people of GEICO Pearland helped us immensely to get us both car and home insurance. We would have been lost in the process but Rocio and Angelica were awesome with their assistance.
Highly recommended! I had been shopping around for full coverage insurance and all other insurance companies had been charging me $550 + a month for auto insurance due to my age even if I have no tickets or accidents. Luckily I called Geico and I'm now going to be paying $236 monthly with MORE coverage!

The only reason it gets a one cause it was cheap for my father In law. They have a policy to charge u after u cancel autopay. BY 14 days they add money to u cause they won’t let u cancel over phone
