The last two accountants I've had were bought out and then provided blatantly incorrect 1040s with very little direct communication and said I'd have to pay for feedback and revisions, even when I've paid them timely and in full. James answered my plea, reviewed those returns, and advised me on form corrections by the derelict agencies. We've started building a long-term business relationship; I'm so relieved to work with an accountant who is willing to provide quality service. Using this business for my tax preparation was unfortunately, a big mistake. Errors were made on my taxes costing me thousands, which I am not paying to be fixed by another accountant. There was also a privacy breach where my personal information was stolen and used by an unauthorized party. When I reached out to James to let him know, he informed me that I was wrong and then stopped responding to my emails. Horrible customer service and service altogether.
