We loved the concept of this! We had a fun time cooking the food and enjoying the food. The only thing I would add would be for them to offer more choices of sides to go with the long list of meats you can choose from but other than that it was a great experience!

Very bed service I have been to in my life.we come with table of 5, when we sit down there is missing 3-combo sauce we ask the server men 2time in 10min later it final come, and then we ask have cup of hot water because my girl feel cold, when we ask on first time the men say: it will be min, after 5min I ask second time the men say: we have to makes, after another 5min I ask third time the men say: It still not ready yet.after 20 min still no hot water come, I was angry i go to the bar area ask a white shirt men (he is manager) : how long is hot water takes? He said right away! I was interesting why that service men need 20 min still no water? An my look like no tip men? (every time I come paid 25%tip) or Discrimination？he is asian I an Asian also! If yes! I will feel ashamed because I have same skin as this kind of men, for this kind of service I will no given any tip because he doesn’t work for this money, so total check was $82.56 I give only $83, the funny is he look on when back say do you need change! Haha, I knew he feel bad.anyway I did leave $20 tip on bar giving to the manager thanks for the water because it works.anyway I never come back again.

In short: fun and energetic experience; decent food, but not the best.

This is one of the all you can eat Korean BBQ places I love to go when I’m super hungry because they really keep it coming! So, I’ll start with the service first. Every time I was there on different occasions, with few friends or in a large group, the service was always attentive, prompt, and friendly. Even when it was in the middle of the rush, my servers still managed to take time to check with my party regularly. I could order only a few items at a time, but my servers kept checking if my group still needed anything. I can’t really say for other people who had a long wait between orders, but in my case, it didn’t take long at all.

The whole experience and environment are definitely fun, especially when you come in a large group. But man, it’s so loud! Music and the level of noise people talk to their company could be unbearable for some people, but I’m fine with that!

Now when it comes to meat, this is the area where they could improve. I mean it’s not bad or subpar, but it could use something better because of the other competitors around her. I’m aware that it’s AYCE, so they have to use cheaper ingredients, but I don’t mind paying more to get better meat and get the experience altogether. The thing I like the most is that I can cook my own meat exactly to my likings (which is a little bit more done than my friends and family would like) as opposed to sit and let the servers cook everything for you.

In conclusion, the meat is decent but the quality is somewhat lacking. If you need more quiet place with good service and don’t want to do the work, go to Gui-Rock on the other side of the highway. But if you love cheaper, loud, fun place for a large group, this place is definitely for you. And make sure you don’t get carried away with conversation with your friends and leave your meat to burn!

AYCE restaurant. For dinner, there are decent numbers of choices on the menu, and we like this restaurant. However, the experience is greatly dependent to the server (s). Some orders may be served late or forgotten, and you may need to remind the server time to time. Lunch (till 3 PM) price is about half of dinner. It may limit its capacity for lunch time; I saw empty sections during the lunch hours. Perhaps, this is due to number of servers to customers issue, or costs for lunch is not good so saving for dinner; I don't know. I think Holiday is whole day dinner price. If you are aware of those, this is a good place to dig in.

The decor looks decent (little too flashy for a Korean BBQ) and that's all that is decent with this place. Let start with the service. There were 4 people who was bringing out portion to our table but when I ask them for napkin each one of them told me they are not my server. They do frequent your table but when you ask for stuff you have to ask multiple times, it's like they have an attention span of a 3 year old. Attitude of server is terrible and rude. I don't like to make a mess so I put all my trash in an empty plate just as a courtesy to them but when the server came to pick up empty plates, she lifted the plate up and dump out the trash in front of me. When my wife ask a simple question they get really defensive and shifted the blame to me right away for no reason. Now as for food. The portion is crazy little just as short ribs you should have at least 5 strip or so but their portion is just 2 strip so you constantly have to place order and wait and repeat which is a inconvenience for customers. Also, both my wife and my white rice bowl was not fully cooked. Funny thing is when I am sitting at the table writing this review they saw what my rating for them was and their attitude change completely.a terrible experience for me and my party of 10. Absolutely will not recommend to anyone both for terrible service and below average food.
