Car has been there for over 4 months now.
Update: They say they will look into it but the car is still there and the only person who has called me is my insurance agents. Another update: Still no car after 4 months and more money from insurance. Said it would be ready 2 weeks ago, again no car. I don't think it takes this long to get a brand new one built!
Update 3: Went to get it, no discount or compensation for taking 4 months, only more lies and finger pointing. If it was my fault it sat there, I would be charged $35/day. Inside drivers door trim was hanging, and they said they need more money from insurance because they didn't know that was damaged in accident (couldn't open that door when it got there). Looks like a piece of gravel under the paint on the hood! Clips missing from tire moulding. I did not take it home like that.

1. I ran into a pickup and knocked my bumper off.
2. I drove a mile to Gene Messer.
3. After over a month and they didn’t call, I called.
4. Lady said it would be done in a few days.
Let me ask? Do you call that great service?

The final product was amazing, it just took way longer than expected. I was told to not bring the car in until all the parts were ordered. After getting the green light, a two week job turned into a three month ordeal leaving us to rent a vehicle due to waiting for parts. I got the car back but need to bring it back for an additional estimated 4 hour glass replacement.

Terrible service they take 3 months and when you finally go to pick up the car it’s not fixed and they never give updated worst company ever!

It was horrible. We will never ever use again. Chris with Gene Messer Body knew we were planning on trading in my vehicle when we took it into the shop. He billed my insurance and was paid by Progressive for work that was never completed when we asked for a refund for work not performed he lied and made excuses, but Gene Messer never refunded myself or my insurance for work not performed. Gene Messer will keep your vehicle for over two months and still not get the job done properly and make excuses for poor quality

Average, typical “car dealership fair” type material. Basic. I’m still waiting for calls back weeks later; keep getting the same run around of who to make appointments with and with whom. No one seems to know. But hey, they do sell cars. After that- good luck!

Took them more than 13 weeks to get my vehicle into a drivable state. It was another 3 weeks to get the rest of the parts installed. We called over and over but rarely got a call back. We would talk to our service advisor and supervisors but never got a straight answer. It was always hopefully this week which turned into another and another.

Gene Messer helped me out tremendously! My F250 was broken into while visiting Lubbock and a window was broken out. They had the part and were able to install it on Memorial Day! Awesome service!

Worst experience and customer service I have ever received. They tell us the car will take about 10 days to fix. Now I understand that parts come in late sometimes. 10 days turned into 2 months. We were told they are still waiting for parts, it should be in on "Friday". We have to call back every week to get a status after they said they will return my call. When I finally get a day to pick up our car, i call them to check and see if the car was ready, all of sudden they don't have a headlight for our car. So that delayed this process even further. Ps I STILL DONT HAVE MY CAR OR A DATE FOR WHEN IT WILL BE READY

Amanda at Gene Messer Collision Center took amazing care of me and my car. The work was so clean and great. Amanda kept me updated on the status of my car and it's repairs. I brought my call all the way from New Mexico to be repaired by Gene Messer. And I'm so glad I did I won't use anyone else for my Collison repairs. Thank you Amanda and Gene Masser for taking care of my collision repairs.

Poor service on repairs, I had to return the car for repairs to be completed correctly. I asked specifically when I picked up the car if sensors had been fixed. I was told there was nothing wrong with them. Picked up the car, drove down the road and realized that the sensors still didn’t work.
Was later told that sometimes they get defective parts from the manufacturer. But remember I was told there was nothing wrong with the sensors to begin with and there were no sensors listed on the invoice.
Poor customer service… phone calls weren’t returned. Phone calls weren’t accepted and I was disregarded when I called to follow up on status of repairs. I was told lie after lie after lie. I never felt like my car repairs were a priority to them. They told me my car would be ready on Friday then on Monday then on Tuesday. When I finally got some answers they told me they had been trying to reach me for days. Lies! I didn’t have one missed phone call from them.
Also, when I got the car back there was a flapping of some part in the back passenger side because it wasn’t replaced correctly.
When I picked up the car I was told that I would receive a link to complete a survey and that if I gave all 10’s I would receive a free tank of gas or a car wash or an oil change. How can they expect all 10’s with that kind of customer service? ! However, I should receive the free gas or service since I have to drive 85-90 miles so that they can fix their poor workmanship.
We have been loyal gene messer customers in the past but this division of their company is severely lacking.

Drop my car off for collision repair 10/12/22 it took quite a while to get part, but the repairs were good the service people were nice and helpful and stand behind their work.

We were in a minor fender-bender that caused an insane amount of damage to my RAV4. The bumper was cracked, the support bar bent into the condenser, and the condenser bent into the radiator. The whole thing took 6 weeks BUT it was an issue with the manufacturer not sending the parts in any sort of timely manner. The staff at Toyota- namely Logan and Monica- took the best care of us. Logan didn’t even take the car until after his initial estimate of damage and receiving the first parts to work on the car. He specially made sure we didn’t lose our primary vehicle for longer than we had to- it was just incredibly unfortunate that the radiator was also broken and needed to be ordered after the fact. He and Monica even found the radiator through a 3rd party when the Toyota manufacturer didn’t come through for us. 5 star service!

Everything looked and seemed good. Just app doesn't work. And you get an update on your repairs unless you are willing to call and wait on hold for 30 minutes.

Service was poor
Car took much longer to fix…no communication exists and they scratched a piece and the car was full of dust when returned & the scratch is still there. Manager never returned a call
This is a$72000 car and has been treated with fine hands until your shop took over

They did an excellent job on my van. They also accommodated me because I had to drive from out of town.
