The technician was promptly on time. He explained what he was doing and was very courteous.

General Air Conditioning installed are complete system some years ago. They provide regular maintenance to the system to keep it in top working order. The technician that we deal with most often is Clara who is a great professional and a joy to deal with. Just prior to the 10-year warranty expiration our compressor went out. They installed a brand new compressor at no additional charge. I am sold on General Air Conditioning and their staff.

General AC Inc is great from top to bottom, from the scheduling lady to Christopher the technician who found a capacitor problem and resolved it. Definitely worth every penny having a maintenance program with General AC. Thanks General AC, your excellent service is much appreciated.

Tech Christopher perform an Outstanding A/C service check at my home this morning. Besides informing me with details of what he was planning to do, he also explained other A/C factors to me. Christopher was the first technician that broke down my 5 ton unit to clean inside blades and inside of my A/C unit! Extremely thorough on his service and maintenance practices!

During the recent summer months my house was not cooling enough and it was still kinda warm inside. So I called one of the big companies you hear on the tv/radio and they gave me a very large estimate. The next day I was referred to and called General Air for a second estimate. They came out very quickly and inspected the house and gave me an estimate for the exact same things the other guys were going to do, but the total cost would about 30% less than the big guys on tv! I ended up paying them for the maintenance to be performed and they rapidly fixed the problem. They were so awesome, showed me the problem and explained everything in great detail. They went above and beyond and even fixed things that were not part of the regular maintenance for free and got things back to normal. Fast forward to February 2023, I get a call from Crystal with General Air Conditioning and she informs me that with the service I purchased in the summer, I also received a free future maintenance of my AC system and it was going to expire if not used/performed by the end of February 2023. I thanked her for the courtesy call and explained that I had I had no idea about that so I was glad she took the time to call me and let me know! She pretty much did not have to bother to call me at all and could just let the offer go to waste and saved their company time and money. So for that I am very thankful and it just goes to show how much of an honest and great company they are! Their technician Chris came out and he was anything short than amazing! After the maintenance was performed he showed me and thoroughly explained everything that was performed on the maintenance. He also helped repair/prevent what could have been costly repairs that could have occurred in the future. Overall I am so glad that I called General Air Conditioning as they have definitely gained my trust and future business! Definitely 10 out of 10 and I would not go with any other company.

Christopher is always super nice, very thorough! He was here six months ago when our ac went out when my in laws had just arrived. He came over so quickly and fixed the problem right away! We would like for him to always be assigned to us for our maintenance!

General Air Conditioning has been my go to for all HVAC needs for over 10 years. Though honestly they do such a good job I rarely even need to have them come out. But when I do, I can always count on them to help me resolve my issues both quickly and correctly. I highly recommend their services, I have not been disappointed yet. Thank you!

Tech Christopher found an exposed wire and blown fuse and replaced that. He also showed me how to link my app to out thermostat, provided an analysis and recommendation for cutting down on amount of dust entering the furnace, and gave me a money-saving tip for the future! Much appreciated!
