Arrived a hour before my appointment time, got in a door right away… already unloaded with paperwork back in less then a hour! Great job!

Very slow loading, but also loaded the flour product with weevils, which caused load to be refused at receiver in San Antonio.

The girl in the receiving on sep 21.2022.10.00 am is soo rude. She is yelling in my face. If you dont like your job please quit.

I’m stucking in dock more than 10 hours.it’s because of Mandy fault. Thanks Mandy for ruined my day.

This is the 2nd time i’ve been here, both times they have been SLOW.

APPT: was 12: 00, got here at 11: 00 to check in, was told I had to be back at 12: 00 exact!?

It’s about to be 3’o Clock in 10 minutes.
3 HOURS and no one has even touched my trailer / no red light? ! Reject loads to and from this place, it’s slow and a waste of everybodys time.

Many bad reviews but in my case my appointment was for the next day, I arrived for delivery at 8: 30 pm and they received me. The other side of the building perfect to park overnight.

Guess all the old reviews were wrong. I got there at 515pm for a 900pm appt. They got me right in the door and was off property in 45 minutes. Best receiver I've been to.

Was not on there delivery schedule but offload me real quick anyway very fast and friendly

Once u get in the dock they unloaded fast. Had wait on paperwork.they good ppl & good place to go

If i could give negative stars i would. Not friendly at all.if you are going to miss your appt just look for another load instead.even if they make you wait over 2 hours they wont pay you detention, they dont work with you, AT ALL. DRIVERS STAY AWAY,

Easy check in, got a door instantly and took around 1.5 hrs and I was out the door, not bad.

I honestly don’t know where to begin with this place. 1) The Hispanic lady with tattoos on her arms, in the front is, EXTREMELY rude, incompetent and speaks to people with a condescending tone. She’s toxic in general. 2) They are short in staff so EVERYTHING moves slow, counter productive and a clear indication of poor management skills 3) They lie about everything, including times and load weights 4) No RESPECT for people that deliver to this place. STAY AWAY drivers, no overnight parking, NO restrooms, or Food near by. I’m STAY AWAY from General Mills Operations period.

The woman in the front is RUDE and hates her job or life. She’s disrespectful and the manager needs to know. She needs some serious help, it’s actually unhealthy. Lady, if you’re ever reading this, go get some help.

Check in was a lady full of hate on her eyes. I don’t know why some people they born just to hate the world for no reason.really surprised and never come back for loads here on this place.something is wrong with her

Not bad place, can check in at 7am by door 29, had an 8am appt tried to check in sent me back until closer to 8. Was in door at 8 just over an hr to load.

Despite comments below, my unloading was very fast 40min for 18 pallets, restroom inside the building, some place for overnight parking

I was droping off a load they was very rude for no reason. I talk to the supervisor he was also rude.
