I love this place but they always return my car dirty after oil change. That's all the time! Please have someone correct this. Thank you

I called and made an appointment for a recall on my mom's car, I had to drive to Allen from Mesquite and when I got there they said they had no appointment set up for me and that it would be 3 hours before I could be helped mind you it was only a piece of plastic that goes around the top part of the ignition key, which they had the part for really needless to say it was never fixed. Not at all happy

Nice place in the heart of Grand Prairie. Everyone was very helpful from the guys in parts in which I purchase. The service advisor Rodney Roger's was a helpful person on services they offer. WHEN I go back I will look for Rodney. Keep up the good work

GM struggling to hold their ground. Hum it may be because they have lost sight of what really matters. The people that buy their products. I have been driving GM since I have had a license and buying since I was a young man. This all ended when they kicked me in the teeth with customer support when the dealership I have bought from for 18 years started falling apart. They lost the the general manager and the replacement was less than desirable and GM put this back on me told me the dealership was right and I was wrong even though I could show them they were wrong. So tell me would anyone continue to buy a product from a manufacturer who doesn't hear both sides. I have bought 15 vehicles in 18 years from the same place so if all was right then why would I leave and go somewhere else. Because of their handling of Everything I even changed brands because of it, so please tell me do they deserve more than 1 star.

Hate this place. They are never able to help in the service department and they needed me to leave my vehicle for 5 days just for a diagnosis. I'm seriously giving this place a no stars rating
