I don’t understand why it takes so long at 410/ Ingram location! 3 lanes 9 cars and nobody even acknowledges you!

Ismeralda is the bomb! She helped me get a jump start on getting my life reorganized by resolving debt issues and refinancing my vehicle. I had a bunch of work and life events come up and she was incredible about following up with me to make sure it all got completed.
I see some comments about the lobby wait time but literally every bank I’ve worked with has had long wait times if there are multiple people. The wait is worth it. If you don’t want a wait time, go when it’s not busy. You can’t expect instant service when you go at a time when everyone else goes because they just got off work and want to get things done before the bank closes. Let’s be realistic lol

The employees are nice but there banking is questionable lobby wait time can take a while as well

Applied for a second loan, it went very well,
combined them both for one payment. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome.

Terrible bank. They have shut down my debit card a few times in the past year simply because they are updating their system. Also they are unwilling to work with you.
