I’ve been with his bank since before Covid and it’s just gone downhill from there. My first issue is that they don’t do money orders through drive-through. Which makes absolutely no sense at all especially when the office closes at five so most working people that would need a money order would need to go through drive-through by six. My second issue is I got a car loan with them they told me I wouldn’t have to pay for three months that would make my first payment due on November 1. I’ve been paying before November 1. This whole time I needed to change my date last week to only to find out that one. My payments were supposed to be six dollars more than what the girl told me and two that the payments were actually due on the 30th, so they won’t change my payday even though I’ve been paying on time now for six months I asked for a supervisor to call me back one week ago I have yet to hear back from somebody. I asked them to send me my contract again I have yet to receive that Poor customer service and they have no regards to if you’ve been baking with him and being a loyal company, they don’t care. If I didn’t have my loan with him, I would definitely close my account because every time I have an issue they’re rude and not helpful.

They have always resolved my problems and given me great service. I've banked with GFCU since 1978.
Have being a member for years all is great, Loans, transactions, cashing checks, etc, but lately the wait at the Drive thru is too much, they tell you is the same wait inside the lobby as they are servicing the outside, Can't deposit cash on Atms, thats a must needed.
I do all other transactions online but those 2 items are lacking on service.
