Best place to get you kids to learn skills to defend themselves. Coaches are highly skilled and patient to teach kids until they grasped and improved. We love this place and my kids are absolutely learned and keep progressing.

My girls have been taking the kids class called Wee Warriors (age 5 and under). They look forward to it every week! The instructors are great with all ages, behaviors, and learning styles. The women's only open mat on Wednesdays is also a lot of fun and is beginner friendly.

I have visited Genesis Jiu Jitsu Azle on multiple occasions over the years for the Ladies open mat. There is a broad range of experience on the mats, from beginners to black belts. I was always made to feel welcome and I really appreciated the technicality of my training partners there. Karen Banes is amazing, one of a few female black belts in DFW who own and run a successful Jiu Jitsu school. Her students are successful on and off the mats. I highly recommend Genesis Azle when you are in the area.

The environment at Genesis is welcoming and you can tell that all the staff truly love their job. Coach Karen is amazing with kids and leads the best competition team in Azle.

Great atmosphere for kids to learn jiu-jitsu and have fun while doing it. We love the attention and time the coaches give to the kids to make sure they are learning and progressing.
