This was off the chain good, wow what an experience my niece told me about this place and that we had to try it so we did and dam was she right. I only wish they had one in Savannah. I can't make the trip to Texas to eat dinner every night or weekly lol. If you have never been to one of these restaurant's you have to make the trip and find out what your missing you won't be disappointed that's for sure I guarantee it.

Employees were very nice, but my meal wasn't cooked properly. My beef was too salty. I had the Supreme Fried Rice. Even my family ordered customized bowl they where also disappointed. The Bowl are expensive too. But I was impressed by the waiter he took real good care of us.

Went to meet some friends. Sat outside and no one ever came to the table. Friends showed up and went into order food (this was our first time there). “Ed” came out and threw utensils and menu on the table! The waitress came out and asked what we liked and we said forget it, we are not ordering…only because Ed threw these items on the table! So rude! Then Ed comes out and said he has to ask us to leave! Like why.one: no one ever came out, two: our visit was not over and NO ONE was outside but us! Just rude! Never tried the food but will never go back!

Service 'waitress' was totally horrible. Ordered Skewer with filet and it was chewy and fatty. Menu claimed it was prime. No, it wasnt.

If I could give 0 I would. I used to love coming here. Great food and amazing service. This was the worst ever. We came here 5 months ago and it was terrible. Then against my better judgment we came again to see if maybe they just had an off day. Service was worse today that it was 5 months ago! We sat down and our waitress never came to take our drinks etc, we ended up having to flag someone down to take our order. Once we made our order, they forgot one of my kids food and we wait 29 mins for a Mac and cheese. We didn’t get refills on our drink until we were getting check! It’s the most worst experience I have ever had here. We can understand if they are busy but they were NOT busy. We will never be coming back here again.

Valeria, was very rude I came in with my kids & I asked if I could be seated a little over from the booth next to the one she wanted me at. I explained to her I didn’t want my kids being loud and disturbing the other people around that booth, & it was so crowded no one was social distancing, it was VERY CROWDED Where she wanted us to sit, She told me no, and that I had to sit there at that exact booth & she was explaining how it would mess up their chart, she was very rude & not helpful at all so we left.
Will be contacting corporate Monday.

They’re only getting 2 stars because they’re normally good but tonight the website says they close at 10, I get here to order at 9: 35 and was turned away. They said they are closed due to being dead, well guess what change your advertising! It’s misleading to customers! Especially ones who rush over here after work to catch them before closing. Customer service just isn’t what it used to be smh

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this location. Rude and lazy employees they always keep the change and the restaurant is really dirty. Management needs to do a better job horrible experience and location

This used to be my favorite restaurant. I used to come here all the time but last Saturday is changing my opinion. Server is lazy! She drop the plate on the table like she was disgusted, I had to go get my own food and it’s already cold because it was sitting in the counter for a long time. If you want poor customer service … it’s the place to go!

Terrible experience. Terrible food. Slop at a high price. $16 a bowl. That is absolutely ridiculous amount of money for that quality of food. The meat was dry, tough and over cooked. My wife's bowl was burnt and tasted burnt. And they have absolutely no idea what a rice noodle is. And by the time we made it through the line and dropped our raw bowls to the cook it took 30 minutes to get our food. We will never be returning to Ganghis Grill in the Woodlands.

Food great. But service was lackadaisical. Took 15 minutes to get asked for a refill because of socializing with off-duty co-workers. We were one of 3 tables for our waitress, and maybe 5 total in restaurant. Come on Danyelle.

Horrible wait, really wasted my Friday date night. Wife unhappy, costed us our night and an outrageous amount for a little bowl. Changed from 1 star to 4 because they made it up by doing way better on a Monday night. Lesson learned, don't go on Friday unless I've blocked off an hour and a half. The servers and managers are 5 star. The food prep is super impressive and the second bowl was amazing.

Worst service ever. We watched multiple customers come into the restaurant 10 to 15 minutes after we'd already been seated. They received their ordered bowls and proceeded to head up to fix their bowls as we searched for our waitress.waiting.and waiting. When we finally received our fixed bowls, the waitress was across the room calling out my name on my bowl. We'll never go back.

Just wanted to update, came in today and waited 8 minutes for our waiter to come by to give us our drink order and bowl choices. At 12 minutes we got our bowls. We got our food and are sitting at our table and it's been over 55 minutes and nothing. No one informed us they were behind, no one checked on us, no communication at all. Incredibly displeased with the service and lack of communication, we never would have sat down if we had known we would have to wait almost an hour for our food. This is the most ridiculously run business I've ever seen.

Took 8+ min for a server to come to us after we were seated. You used to just be seated with a bowl, and then you could get your food right away. But not anymore. Now you have to wait for the server to come to you.
So when they finally came over, they brought 3 bowls over to ask us which size we wanted as well as our drinks. We picked our size, and then they left. Again.
Then they came back with our drinks.
And left.
Then they finally brought us our bowls.
17 minutes after we came in.
This is the most ridiculous serving method I've ever seen. It completely wastes the waiters time, and makes everything take longer.
I literally just want to eat. I have no idea why they have changed things to make it so difficult.

Food has changed here, but I don't know why. Our food was ok. I ordered the Mongolian beef with noodles and I had to add soy sauce to give it more flavor.

Wish the jalapeños were round slices instead of chopped pieces. Still good though. The tea could be a little less sweet. The overall experience was good and entertaining.

The worst location! Morgan is def the reason why I will not be coming back to this location. The young lady who took my order misunderstood what I asked for, I asked for a large bowl but can I get two small bowls, one for meat and one for veggies. She said yeah, but when ringing up the order she charged me for 4 separate meals. $54 for just my guy and I so when I asked why so high and get the adjustment the young lady apologized and said my mistake let me get my “manager” … Morgan doesn’t acknowledge the Misunderstanding or apologize or do anything to rectify the situation.instead says we don’t do that here you ordered 4 smalls.no matter how I explained it to her she just doesn’t have any customer service experience.
Also annoying they didn’t have the good veggies out. Ran out of onions, mushrooms, zucchini. Smh
To top it off she put our food in one large container bowl to go lmao. I thought I ordered 4 smalls. Morgan? So, basically you ripped me off out of more food I could had. Dam shame. I would rate 0 stars if could!

Been here a couple times but today was the worst came with family to have dinner place our food and been delivered after went to see what was going on it took soo long and trying to get a explanation why. The manager Valerie was going against what I was saying poor service they need to hiere better management. Everything came out burnt never be back again
