Genuine RV Store, Nacogdoches TX

My husband and I purchased our RV from Genuine RV and had the best experience with everyone there. They were all extremely helpful and thorough with the entire process. David and his team were great!

We had been working over a month with a salesperson at Nacogdoches on a Class B+ motorhome. We live in Florida and drove in to pick up the motorhome (10 hours). We were so excited to see it for the 1st time and purchase it only to find out it is not ready and motor on slide was needing to be replaced along with swivel seat parts we were paying for also had not been installed. Then to find out on a call it had been sitting on the lot since first of year. With that comment, I am sure there is a lot more wrong with that motorhome besides just the slide. Salesperson needed to be more honest with us on what was really going on with this unit before we drove to Texas from Florida. We definitely are NOT purchasing this motorhome and will not ever buy anything from Genuine RV.

We found Genuine RV online. They had a Highland Ridge Open Range Light 275RLS that we were interested in. The price seemed a little low, so I called. That was the correct price with no additional prep charges. It was a 20-hour drive just to get there. My wife and I decided to take the chance. From the moment we got to Genuine RV, it was the best purchase experience we ever had. Pat Wheat, our salesman, could not have been better. He even set it up for us to stay there in our new trailer overnight. The young man assigned to go through the trailer with us, immediately repaired any cosmetic issues we found. He even helped me install a hitch that I had brought with me. We hooked up and left early in the morning, long trip home. If you are ever in the market for an RV, Genuine RV would be my recommendation.

My wife and I were brand new to the RV world and had the questions, but our salesmen Will was so patient and clearly had our best interest in mind. There is a handful of dealerships all within very close proximity to one another so it 100% came down to the level of customer service we would get. At Genuine RV it was the best at every level of person we met with. We thought we would be able to get it same day but they do a final detailed inspection and cleaning making sure the product they give you is 100% ready for you. Will gave us a lot of tips on ways to save money since we will be living in it while home is being built. The service manager Bob has also been very good after the sale with questions we have had. We are taking it back in later this month to have wifi antenna installed and expect that the high level of customer service will continue! Thank you Genuine RV!

Stay away from any CAMCO products they carry. Purchased a pre-owned Open Range from them this week. On our $150 shopping spree got a CAMCO extention drain kit for the black water drains. One of the hoses leaks. Trailer also has a water leak outside. Called a was put on hold for parts department, after 4 min. I gave up. Will spend money elsewhere and replace this kit and fix water leak myself.

Great customer service, William was great to talk to and helped us understand the process better.

Will and team at Genuine RV were amazing to do business with. Bought a 2018 Thor ACE 30.2 from out of state, and they went above and beyond. A+ customer service and would highly recommend buying an RV from them.

We purchased a new 2021 Bullet 287QBS from Genuine. Great staff, support, and service department. All around great people and company. Will purchase our next RV from them.

Great place to go. No pressure at all! We looked at several different places before we came here. We pick up our RV Tuesday.

My wife and I bought our first camper at Demontrond in Houston. It was a negative experience to say the least. We both literally had bad dreams following the experience. We traded that camper for a Keystone at Genuine RV STORE (they are a store that helps you buy what you want, not a dealership trying to sell you things you don't). It felt like we were buying from family. The price was the lowest we found for what we wanted, and they provided the best customer service we've ever experienced. Just one example (among many) : we sat down to look at the contract (which was one page!). It included GAP insurance and tire and wheel protection at extra cost. We said we didn't want those. The gentleman going over the paperwork simply asked if we had those things covered. We said we did. He apologetically said it would take him five minutes to fix it. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. He simply changed it and moved on! They included a quality weight distributing hitch with sway control, and store credit to boot. Everyone there was polite, thorough, and kind even though we weren't buying a super expensive rig. We are moving to Alaska soon, but have decided that when it's time for a new camper, we will take a vacation to Nacogdoches to buy it from Will. Don't waste your time anywhere else. This place and its people are the only way to go. Genuine RV Store is now our standard for a 5 star review

Have never left a bad review before but we called for 2 days, multiple times to double check inventory and no one returned our calls/email. We drove 4 1/2 hours to look at two models the website said was onsite but had already sold (glad they made a sale) We brought up the communication issue in the office & were told it was the system they were using and it sends calls to email, so sorry about that, we’re working on that, etc.a call came through while in there & he says I’m going to let that go to voicemail. There were multiple people in the office, 2 on Facebook on their phone as we walked out that could have responded to the call that was NOT automatically being sent to email. Disappointed.

We bought our first RV from here. They had the RV we wanted with the lowest price around, so we drove 3 hours to Genuine RV. We were met by David, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but not AT ALL pushy. The financing was a breeze, and they beat my bank’s rates. Also, Once we agreed to the purchase, David took the time to walk out every detail of the camper and how to operate everything. They included all the things necessary to go camping from the dealer (hitch, hoses, etc.). Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I think we’d drive the three hours to get our RV serviced here, just because they were so pleasant to deal with.

My wife and I drove from Tyler to Nacogdoches to today to look at their Alpines 5th Wheels that they have in stock. I was pleasantly surprised of all the RV's that they carry, what a great selection. After roaming the lot for a couple of hours and deciding what we are wanting to buy I spoke to a salesman name William. He was great, with no pressure sales. Also was greeted very nicely with the front desk lady from Henderson, (sorry don't remember her name) Anyway just wanted to say we are glad we made the drive. Hope to do business with you very soon.
