I don’t know if I feel like crying because I’m pregnant or because I felt like I was a burden to the ladies at the desk.specifically larra she talked to me like I was lost… I called the Wic customer service who made me a appointment same day to re load my card for my 2 year old son and she asked me “ do you have an appointment” I said yes I scheduled it earlier today she asked with who… I mentioned customer service she said “do you know who you spoke with” I didn’t get the name just know it was a female. She said “next time make sure you get a name” Although they were very helpful I do feel like the person who made my appointment obviously forgot to put me on the schedule right around closing time for These ladies I understand that I am getting free government assistance but making people feel like they’re less because of it is not OK.

No accommodations for people who can't make it into the office. My child has health needs that make it almost impossible for me to come in and they really don't work with you, so now she's missing out on benefits that help her.

I love this office, the ladies are always helpful, nice and fast. I'm never there more than 15min. Plus the wic store is next to it and makes it easier to get benefits.
