Dr Liu is a fantastic Dr. He performed a total ankle replacement on my left ankle and 10 months later it is great. It’s like a normal ankle. I am so happy that I have zero pain. Dr Liu is a awesome awesome doctor at UT Southwestern Medical Center did I say awesome doctor. That he is.

Dr Lui treated a painful heel issue more than 20 years ago. His inventive treatment enabled me to walk pain-free. Fast forward to present. He is treating a family member now. Dr. Lui is still very caring and takes time to explain procedures. His approach to treatment is well planned and thorough. A stellar doctor with a kind and gentle manner

Dr. Liu is an amazing Doctor, I had complete ankle replacement, I never had pain! It was great- I’m a year out from surgery, Dr. Liu has an amazing staff, I would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Liu was very nice - I was sent to him from another Dr. Dr Liu said the Surgery that was recommended was not the one I needed so I went with the one he recommended. 6 months later I was still in a good amount of pain. He told me when not at work to just lay on the couch and stay off of it indefinitely. Never took another look or acted concerned about it. I left there and never went back to him. Saw another Dr.and he took his own x-rays and MRI and a CT scan and said my ankle was a Wreck. I had a second surgery (the one that was first recommended) and am currently recovering.

My husband, Julius, and I, Margaret, love the treatment from Dr. Liu. He is very professional In the way he treated, us, and allowing us to ask questions.

Dr. Liu is to me the best foot doctor anywhere. He has helped me with rebuilding my foot, removing a mass, and then removing the plate off the top of my foot. I was impressed by Dr. Liu immediately when I met him because of his knowledge to know how to help me to be able to help rebuild my foot. That surgery although very difficult was successful. I was so thankful for he was able to help me do and finally have a better quality of life and do things I had not been able to do for a while. I am so so grateful for Dr Liu.

Dr. Lui is the only Orthopedic Surgeon who would attempt to repair my foot that had 14 broken bones over 25 yrs. My foot was turned inward and walking was becoming more and more difficult, to the effect it was causing hip pain. Dr. Lui was very forthright, telling me it would be a 50/50 chance of success. I took the chance and after a long surgery and keeping my foot elevated for 3 months, we are seeing success! It has been 4 months now and to my surprise there is more care to my toes to be done. Very painful pressure is applied daily to break down the tissues in order to regain normal toe alignment. He instills hope in my full recovery. I will forever be grateful to have found this dedicated Dr and hie expertise to his chosen field. I fully recommend anyone with foot or ankle issues to seek out Dr. Lui.

After seeing other doctors with no positive results, I went to see Dr. Liu. He listened, spent as much time as I needed, and explained everything he was doing in great detail. I feel like I’m going to get my life back for the first time in over a year. His staff is so polite and cheerful as well.
