ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS when we came back with 3 physical therapists insisting the walker they pushed us was too short and causing pain. They just stood there, denying that they would have made a mistake. After an hour of that, i taught them how to pick up a phone and order the RIGHT parts, which they failed again.so they asked the company to reship.its been FOUR MONTHS.worst employees ive even witnessed in my entire life and that is no joke.but then i realized, you can actually contact the manufactures they use, and completely cut these useless middle men out, get things done RIGHT AND SAVE money.
Now.i either buy directly online or just go to American Medical Equipment 30 seconds south.

We rent adjustable bed for my son he had a back surgery, Great service delivered on time and pickup on time and great price too
Definitely a bait and switch location. Website said item available for $27 when I got to location was 39.50. Most reputable places would honor website posting of prices. But here, "got sorry website isn't updated and can't change price. " Drove 30 minutes for item. On positive note front desk was professional and polite, but at last not helpful in honoring price on there website. Even showed her but still no change.
