They lie.
I was told my visit would be covered under insurance and would only cost me my $30 co-pay, so I agreed to have them do their allergy testing on me.
Then I get a bill for $466 claiming customer responsibility.
I've tried calling, left them messages, and nobody will call me back. I just keep getting a bill and being threatened to get to collections.
