Gerardo Trillo, M.D. reviews
10Dr. Trillo is nice & compassionate<qualities essential in a MD. He puts you at ease when answering your concerns, When dealing w cancer it's good to have someone like him in your corner
Dr. Trillo is my Hematologist and he is awesome! He uses a unique blend of knowledge, experience, and common sense to manage a blood clotting syndrome pretty recently discovered. He actually asks me relevant questions!
Dr. Trillo has been taking care of my sister for years. He has always been patient and caring. So I knew I wanted him to be my doctor also Staff is nice and the have a great waiting are.
Dr. Trillo manages every patient with personalized care and knowledge. I'm always surprised by his depth of knowledge and the research that he conducts prior to a visit. In one visit, he diagnosed and resolved a medical issue that I had spent years with other physicians attempting to diagnose

This is not a review for this doctor but his scheduler, Patricia. It’s almost impossible to get a hold of her and apparently she’s the only one who could schedule me. When you call her she’s either in clinic, or on break. Not even a courtesy to call back even though the first person that answered my calls always say I’ll get a call back. She never apologized when I told her what happened and claimed they just received my paperwork, just meaning 3 days ago. And by the way my referring Doctor’s office confirmed in fact all my paperwork was sent to them since June 2nd. Also, she (the scheduler) claimed she called me yet I’ve zero record of a missed call and zero voicemail from her or their office. Lastly, she wanted to schedule my appointment with another doctor different from Dr. Trillo and I had to tell her my appointment is supposed to be with Dr. Trillo to which she responded is just that he gets book so quickly, and I told her that’s why I’ve been calling. If my interaction with her is an indication of the type of care one will receive when you become a patient at that facility, I would suggest seriously considering another place just like I am. Just a very bad customer service and definitely a negative first impression from this facility, from the scheduler and the scheduling team as a whole. In this day and age, I don’t understand how only 1 person is able to do scheduling, at least that was my experience.
Dr Trillo is one of the nicest gentleman I have ever meet, great Dr also he diagnosed me with a blood disorder that saved my life, definitely recommended him.
