Discussion and planning with my doctor was straightforward and professional. Most testing is done on site, which is refreshing. No driving around to get tests done or waiting for results. No confusion. Results oriented from check-in to departure. Efficient. I understand what goals need to be accomplished before my next visit, which is just 3 weeks away - not 3 months. Well staffed with top professionals. No long waits. All information is digital. No time wasted filling out paperwork and forms. I was impressed with the entire operation. I was impressed with my doctor. If you are in need of a strong neurological pathway to successful results, this is the place I recommend.

The care we received was awesome, from the whole group. From front check in to schedulers. Dr. Zavala did 2 surgeries on my husband we we are so great full God put him in our path. The PA’s are just as knowledgeable and attentive to your care also. We can’t stop thanking God for this group. I would highly recommend him.

I was amazed that I got an initial appointment quickly. I was impressed that he wanted he wanted to do more studies to have a definitive diagnosis before he decided on a plan of action. I’m confident that my kyphoplasty will go well.

Dr Zavala is extremely professional in the way his practice and facility operate. He has a great bed side manner. You will be hard pressed to find a better Neurosurgeon period.

I'm very happy that I had chose to go to this medical facility. The facility is modern very clean and beautiful and the staff is outstanding when it comes to attentive care and they are super nice. I highly recommend anybody who's experiencing back problems to go to this medical facility.

No matter what day or time it is the receptionists NEVER answer the phone. In person everyone is very nice but I'm not from the city and I cant be waiting 1-2 hours for someone to be “available”.

Physical therapists were so nice and very competent. I got to work with each therapist which was good. I like how they would help each other with getting ready for new patient or taking over if needed. To me I think they could use a storage place for patients that carry a purse or come in with a brace. It felt awkward to sit my purse down and then maybe have to move it. Just my thoughts. I did enjoy my time with PT. I would do more if it was not such a long drive for me. Thanks for the care.

The staff and Dr zavala are very good at every level of care they provide I had originally seen him in 2015 and 2016 and he was very thoughtful and helpful with my nerve and hand problems would recommend this place to everyone who wants quality care

This has been the best experience I have ever had visiting a doctor. From the moment you setup your appointment to the moment you leave your fist consult. Dr Zavala is such a humble and caring doctor. I would 1000% recommend him.

This review is for my physical therapy. My therapists Patrick, Teresa and Steven were excellent professionals. I may need more therapy as my left side of my body is still quite weak. I will see how I do for 2 weeks. Hopefully my insurance will cover additional therapy

My experience with my surgery was great. Dr Zavala and his staff were very helpful and professional. My hospital stay was amazing, the nurses were very helpful and were there whenever l needed them. I would recommend my family and friends. Thank you very much for my care.

The staff were great! Very friendly and motivating which made my physical therapy much easier to get through.

I really like staff that works there all of them are friendly, always with a smile. Dr. Zavala was nice he explained my tests, I really liked that, felt better knowing what needs to be done.
