I’ve not only had one but two exceptional and amazing experiences with My Collison Center. I’m not originally from San Antonio and when it came to reviewing collision centers in the area, I’m grateful I was told about My Collison Center. My experiences with the staff & their work exceeded my expectations and turn around time was quick yet efficient. Ronnie and his staff made both experiences seemingly smooth. I’ve also been greeted and talked to through out the process with the upmost respect - because dealing with your car in the shop can be frustrating at times.but not at all with My Collison Center. Top notch service!

I took my car in that got re-ended and asked since they are repairing the wreck damage anyway, if they could do other parts on the car, and I'd pay for it. A week goes by, nobody follows up. Can't get ahold of anyone there. I get my car back and the rear looks fine but the rest of the car is still in damaged shape. The guy after the fact says, "yeah, we can paint the whole car for $$$". Great, would've done that if you had returned my calls, followed up like I asked, and kept my car for a week. Terrible shop, use anybody else instead!

Excellent service! The manager Ronnie and his staff treated my family like their own family. They serviced my wife”s vehicle quickly and efficiently. We could not be happier. We will definitively recommend this shop to our family and friends.
