They dont even deserve star! I called my insurance company for towing this company was dispatched, waited almost 2 hrs tech said they are there looking for my car but never showed up. Please use other company! They dont answer the phone!

Had my car towed by this company per my insurance and they got to my destination in 15 min and the guy that showed up loaded up my car in no time. He definitely knew what he was doing and very professional. Thank you!

These people are crooks! The driver Danial Allahyary is a sneaky lowdown person. I called my insurance company needing my car towed, but they said it would be $75 because my residence was over 15 miles so I called and canceled it. Then I called my insurance back to do a different request but going to my mechanic which was closer so I would have to pay. The insurance company assigned my new request to a different tow company. But Geze still came out and got there first. I explained to Danial that my car needed to go to my mechanic, I gave him the address and he confirmed he would take it there. I even showed him my request from insurance company and told him what he needed to do to put the keys in the drop slot. Long story short…this little itty bitty half of a man sat there an acted like he was going to take my care to my mechanic and instead took my car across the freeway and dropped it off at some random place I never heard of or confirmed. So I called and spoke to his “manager” Jesse who was just as rude and not helpful at all. He also lied and said his short driver would bring my car back and then hung up in my face. When I called them back he lied and said his guy already left and had more cars to pick up. But that was a lie. He then told me he would leave my keys in my car… at some random place in Dallas. These crooks have not heard the last of me or this situation, trust me! Please listen to the reviews because they are true…I think the good ones are paid for!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They accepted the request for towing and then canceled. When we called to see what was going on, they lied and said they were coming. Give your business to someone else.

My car was not starting so I call my insurance and they send out Geza towing. The guy the came out was so nice and kind. I have heavy leg syndrome and he help me in his truck and help me out of the truck. The arrived when the said and they was easily at arriving. I would use they shaing

Didn’t show up after accepting job from insurance. All numbers provided instantly hung up on me or didn’t respond to text messages. Would not recommend

Tow truck driver was rude when he found out my vehicle was electric. He declined the job. Had no customer service skills. I guess they dont need any business if they can pick and choose who to tow.

They picked up my car Thursday evening, and were supposed to deliver it to the repair place on Friday. They didn’t! When I called on Monday I was told it was towed to the repair shop on Sunday. I went to the repair shop and they didn’t have it. The repair shop called the towing company and was told they were busy and couldn’t bring it to the shop until Tuesday! As of 1pm Tuesday it’s still not there! Very poor service!

If I could use zero stars I would. My mom has been waiting a little over 2hrs waiting on a tow truck. Company said within an hour. My mom has called a few times and they kept saying 20 minutes. My mom has to help make funeral arrangements for her father and won’t get her vehicle back today.

Left after 5 minutes because he didn’t see me. Impatient and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs.

Recently contacted Geze Towing, Inc, and was very impressed with the quality of service. The representative addressed my automotive issues and saved me money. I am a satisfied customer.

Great experience. Got roadside assistance through my insurance thinking I’d need a tow. The driver was prompt, kept me updated, and best of all solved my problem in my driveway which saved me a lot of money. 5 stars!

Unfortunately you are unable to rate any less than a 1star rating. They did not provide the tow as contracted, did not communicate with client or insurance company. Do not use this company they are not reliable!

Arrived within 30 mins! Great service and he tried to start my truck. Excellent service on a Saturday that was very friendly and he gave advice on what is going on with my truck not starting.

Got stuck at a gas station with a bad alternator. My girlfriend and I were told it would be an hour. We got called to ask for directions after an hour. After multiple calls and being told they were 30 minutes away, they refused to answer their phone. It was booked by the insurance company so we then contacted them. We were told the tow was canceled by the company because they couldn't find the gas station we were located at. My girlfriend is pregnant and we are stranded wasting time. I would recommend reporting them to the better busines bureau.

We called for roadside assistance at 8: 26am and the company Geze Towing was here at 9: 05am! The reviews for this company had me thinking… if this is a good experience. I NEED to write a review. So here I am. The estimated arrival time was 10: 30am-10: 45am but they arrived at 9: 05am! The person who arrived was friendly and professional!

I tried to explain but dispatch hung up on me!
And now he showed up but I declined service.
