Eric sold me a Car here and I absolutely would NOT recommend this place. I hadn’t even had the car for 2 months before is started giving me problems. Took it to a mechanic to get looked at and it has a bad engine. I went up to the dealership to work something out with them. Like a possibility of getting a different vehicle that I wouldn’t have to change the entire engine! Eric said he would call his mechanics and they would take care of it and replace the engine free of charge however when I called back the next day to get the information on where I drop the car of so it can get fixed. He said it was going to be my responsibility to pay for it! Now I’m stuck to deal with this mess. I told him I would be selling the vehicle instead. Then he tells me I may not get back what I spent on it. Well duhh! Because they overcharged me too! They do not care about their customers here plain sleazy car salesmen!

Larry helped me at this dealership, this is my second car purchase & I really recommend this dealership for anyone who wants a good car. They are great & the service is fantastic.

I saw a car I wanted online and called in and it was still available! Mark told me a little about the car trough the phone and I really appreciated that info! Gave me some numbers over the phone as well and they didn’t really change much at all. Mark let me test drive the car before anything! Make sure I liked it and all and then the buying process was very nice and smooth! Easy no complications at all. I would definitely come back and buy a another car with Mark!

Found the truck on there website. Talked to mark. Got us in and out in a reasonable time. Would recommend

This is a response from my last comment, its not about how much you charged to fix the car. Its about how you tried to handle me and how you speak to ppl. You don’t speak to your customer like that. Be more respectful. So everything else that you’re talking about is irrelevant to be honest

If you're trying to build credit and you get in house financing, guess what. They don't report to any credit bureau. On top of that they have a high finance rate. Never again.

If you have no or bad credit you can drive away in a car, BEWARE THO, You will pay for it! $$$$ NEVER AGAIN

Great experience! Found a vehicle on FB and spoke with Lazaro and was able to work out the entire deal. When I arrived on the lot, the vehicle was just as described, they answered all the questions I had and were EXTREMELY accommodating. When asked about the last oil change, they went and had the vehicles oil change when I asked. When inspecting the tires, I found one that was older than the others and they put a new tire on. The managers were all very friendly and you could tell they truly cared about their customers. I am EXTREMELY pleased with the service I received here, and will DEFINITELY be back for my next purchase.

They have a lot of nice cars and trucks but be prepared to put additional money for tax title license on top of a hefty deposit. Owner give you time to pay off ttl.

The worst crooks ever. Repo my sons car after he owe only 2 more payments. And they accepted his payment.

I have been a loyal customer since 2012. I bought a used car that originally I was going to pay notes on but decided it was a better choice to getit over with. Now don't getme wrong these are the nicest car sales people I've meet in 15 years of buying used cars. But if you tell me to go see a mechanic I'm expecting you to help fix what ever the problem is. Needless to say. I still refer family and friends because I have always been treated with respect. But loyalty is a 2 way street.

Great place to buy a car from. I highly recommend Anderson as a sales person, he provided all the information that I need and I can honestly say he is a very honest and upfront guy. I would definitely be going back to him next time I need another vehicle.

Well I showed up after a 2 1/2 hour drive through the awesome Houston traffic, the truck sold from underneath me. I was going to pay cash. The salesman I talked to was out "sick" and the finance manger was the biggest douche bag. Will not be doing business in the future.

We get FREE oil change, if we leave a GOOD review. These reviews aren't true. DONT recommend buying car here at giant auto mart. They suck & it's a rip off.
