Giggles and Fun Indoor Playground, Katy TX

In the past we had a great birthday here. But this time was awful! Just awful! They called me right before party started & said electricity was out & that the party would have to be moved to the Houston location. Then after I notified the guests of the change, they called back less than a hour later to tell me that the electricity was back on and it would be at the Katy location again. I tried to notify my guests a second time & had several end up at the wrong location because of all the last minute changes. The host did absolutely nothing and was not polite at all. She kept notifying me starting an hour before my party was over that the room had to be cleaned before 3, then kept notifying every 15 minutes after that which was very annoying. Needless to say we will not be having another birthday party here again.

My child experienced HFM after attending this establishment. Not thoroughly cleaned as promised. Unprofessional staff (kids). My child doesn’t attend daycare nor public school. This virus is ugly - will never return.

Customer service is terrible. This is the second time this year I’ve been here and both times I’ve felt unwelcome and uncomfortable here. When I came today the lady that rang me up was nice and she had asked if we had socks I stated my son yes had socks but I did not realize or remember (last visit was in jan) that I was supposed to also wear socks and that was not clarified during my entry transaction. We went in we removed our shoes (i was wearing sandals) and the kids were playing I sat in the picnic area. A little while into my visit the manager I think came to me and very rudely said “um you have to wear socks where are your sock” she was very aggressive about it and not understanding at all. I told her I wore sandals she said I had to go buy socks I asked if I could have a pair of shoe covers like she was wearing she stated those were only for disabled people or employees that I had to buy socks. So ok I went to buy them forgot my wallet on the table and went back to grab it and she was yelling you can’t wear your shoes inside at all and getting visibly angry at me. I was already at the table by that point I hurriedly left the play area and was sorry that was not intentional I was just grabbing my wallet to pay for socks for myself. Then she rudely huffed and puffed yelling to her coworker “ugh now I have to sanitize that entire are” (maybe 4 steps worth) which she never did during our almost 3 hours there by the way. She made me feel so embarrassed and unwelcome all over socks and if she would have just asked me nicely I would have been happy to purchase socks as it was a accident. She was just so rude to us and why are they so worried when the place itself wasn’t even clean the baby area had stuff all over the floor it was nasty. And kids wear their socks in the restroom then on the slides and play area but I can’t sit in the snack area with no socks? I will not be back it’s way to expensive to be treated rudely.

My boys love going here. The facility is always clean and spacious. I had my son’s second birthday party here, highly recommend.

Somehow the pictures on the website don't manage to do the place justice - it's like a hidden gem. Everything is bigger than it looks in the online pics. The play area is clean and spacious, you can go inside and play alongside your kid. The picnic tables are much bigger than they look in the online pics, so taking a snack break is comfortable and convenient. The little mini-play business make it almost like a children's museum. The monthly pass is a crazy good deal. You get a lot of bang for your buck at this place.

A clean place for toddlers to play around. They have a big bounce house to play. Good place for birthday parties as well.

We have been there today for a birthday party. This is great for ages 1-6 yr old. They have a lot of activities for kids like clubhouse, boutique (they can dress like characters), hardware store, grocery store, slides and few picnic benches for parents.

I hosted a birthday party at this location yesterday. It was my first time here, I booked it at the very last minute without seeing the location. I wish there were photos online of the party rooms so we can all have an idea of what party decor we can bring and what not. I had to make a few phone calls to the location to ask about tables and other specifics. Limited parking is available. You cannot park in the front building. Most of my guests had to park on the right side of the building. Not a prime location at all. Let me get started with hosting private parties here. I used to work as a party host a very long time ago at Wonderwild, so I know what being a party host is and the duties of a host. My party host was not it. She helped initially hanging up the decorations, but for the most part she hid in the office. I had to ask her to help me clean the party room. Her and her coworker kept making faces (several of my guests made comments about their facial expressions as well) and they kept chatting and laughing every time I walked by. Not professional at all. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side and do not recommend hosting a party with over 30 people here because you will be jammed packed in the room. The playground was fun because the kids did not want to leave. I’ll give the facility 7/10 since it does need a little updating, and maybe some brighter lights in the play area. Party host 4/10, she could do better in the future. Overall I am very happy with my event, since my child had the time of her life. Will I book in the future? Likely not but I appreciate them having us.

I celebrated my daughters 3rd birthday here and overall I was very pleased. I called super last minute to add the decorations, and they still agreed and did such a beautiful job. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner, and she is the sweetest person ever. Some of the play areas do look a little outdated, but it honestly didn’t bother me or make a difference because all the kids had an amazing time. I absolutely loved that they have the option to close down the facility for privacy, versus other places where you are pretty much surrounded by tons of strangers. At giggles and fun all of my guest were very comfortable and were able to sit down and enjoy the party while their kids played freely without any worries of them being trampled by other kids, we literally had the entire place to ourselves. On another note, the only thing that I was extremely disappointed by, was the lack of attention and effort from the host, and there was 3 of them that day. Like other reviewers mentioned, they all hid in the office the entire time, never once came out to check on anyone or ask if we needed anything. The only time the host were on their game, was when the owner was present, but as soon as the owner left, they were all crammed in the little office just on their cell phones. I still gave a five star rating because before the owner left, I did over hear a conversation were she was telling them to basically be on top of everything so that my husband and I didn’t have to deal with any stress; but like I mentioned, as soon as the owner left, they did absolutely nothing. I was the one that had to go and get them out of their hiding spot when I realized that we only had 30min left in the party room, and we still needed to sing happy birthday and cut the cake. Before the owner left, I asked if the host would please just take over that to make sure everything was done in a timely manner and to avoid going over our scheduled time frame, but like mentioned over and over in my review, all 3 host were no where to be seen and I felt that it was pointless for them to be there. I feel that if the owner hadn’t left that day, the host would have actually done their job. Like I said I still gave the 5 star rating because the lack of attention from the host didn’t keep anyone from enjoying the party. But hopefully the owner decides to put some new employees in place because I would love to book this place again for a future birthday party. Thank you Giggles and Fun! Also a huge thank you to the owner for being so attentive and kind while she was present.

Kids had fun. I personally never saw an employee in the play area. I was surprised it seemed like an accident waiting to happen. Watch your own children.
Parking is horrible. They don't say additional safe parking anywhere. Park at your own risk, I guess, with the possibility of getting towed.

This is a great play place for kids up to about 6-7 years old. They have the cutest little rooms with themes, dress up and a climbing jungle gym. Bring socks!

Awesome place for kids to learn and play, pretend playing at its most, many pretend stores, pizza kitchen, grocery store, so many options to play with

My 14 month old baby was crawling up the play area, and the side Is not completely secure, he fell through and hit the floor! He ended up in urgent care. Was very traumatic and also dangerous. A play Area should really take more precautions and ensure every area is secure. WWe are not pleased. Will never go back. Not to mention the staff is the rudest I have ever experienced in my entire life!

My girls, 1 and 4, both loved this place. Plenty to do for both. I loved how the huge jungle gym is in the middle so it's very easy to keep an eye on your kid (s) regardless of where you stand in the room. They had a good variety of stations for playing and getting their energy out. The only improvement would be to fix up a few worn out items/stations. Or keep it like this and lower the entry fee.

This is a newer addition to Katy, TX. It's a great place for my 5 yr.old granddaughter and her friends to run, jump, climb, slide and eat! Lots of laughter and fun to be had by all! ️

The kids had a lot of fun here. It would be nice to have the staff to be more engaging in the play area.
