Kelli is amazing! This was my first time getting my hair cut at Gigi's but Kelli made me feel like I had been a client for years. The consulation before cutting was very thorough. The cut was just what I wanted. I have never had a stylist take such care to get every cut exaclty right but she did. She was friendly and just lovely. She urge me to come back if I felt there was something wrong with the cut like tags of hair. There were NONE. She did a superb job and I felt very comfortable. I will be a regular client from now on. Thank you, Kelli.

I wouId not have given this weak salon any stars whatsoever. I received the worst haircut a person can receive this place is a joke these girls are not trained on what they're supposed to be doing even the pictures in the reviews are a joke nothing impressive about them just like this place it looks inviting but don't do it it's the worst haircut you'll ever get these girls are older so they're stuck in their eighties haircuts they need to go back to school Or retire its ridiculous I am so devastated with no repercussions no refund never again there are so many salons in Midland keep looking stay away from this place Never again thanks Kelly thanks for your support. They're fake all the way up to your bad haircut but they play a good game. Be aware very aware.mullets are out gigis whoever that is! Nasty people w no knowledge of hairstyling. Stay away!

My first time in for a haircut and I felt like I had known Kelli all my life. Perfect cut! My husband started using GiGi's as well. All around great place.

Robin is amazing and goes to extreme lengths to satisfy her patrons. She did my daughter's hair for prom and like the mess I am.forgot an appropriate shirt (button up so doesn't have to go over the head). Robin never hesitated to help us find a solution. Then, she got to work and it turned out exactly like what my girl wanted in the end.

I was a new last-minute client, but I felt like I've been a client for years. She heard my needs and fulfilled them. Cost was great.

I absolutely love this place! They're so professional and up-to-date on the latest methods and styles. I've been going here for several years and have always had a great cut and color. Kelli is the best and goes out of her way to make sure you are well cared for and have exactly the style you want. She's the most caring and personable hair stylist you will ever meet. Her other stylists are just as great as she is!

Went in on my birthday just wanting a wash and a style. My old hairdresser usually charges me $25 (also, I called around to the other hair dressers in the area as well-who all also charge between $25-30 for a wash/style). Everything was ok until the style, I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted (which was a picture where I had styled it myself) she wasn’t doing what I wanted, so I offered to just pay for the wash/dry, but she went to another lady and they spoke Spanish and she told me they had someone who could do just what I wanted, so I sat back down.another girl came and said she could do what I wanted, she seemed like she knew what she was doing so I let her go ahead, once she finished it wasn’t what I’d wanted but I didn’t want to be rude and thought I could go home and mess with it and it would be fine, so I asked her how much I owed. She went back to the other lady and they spoke in Spanish and she came back to me and told me $80! I said umm, for a wash and a style? She spoke to the other lady in Spanish and said “yes”, I said I couldn’t pay 80 dollars for that and she went back and spoke to the other lady AGAIN IN SPANISH and came back and told me she usually charges $40 for that service but that they agreed that they would charge me $50 in the end. (The whole time the first lady kept wishing me happy birthday) By that time I just wanted to get out of there so I agreed on the $50. It ended up being $55 with tax. So, both women did half a job and tried to charge me full price for what they did. I was so shocked and upset I went home crying. I was sent my reciept and they asked for my email and how my visit was and I tapped on the frown face and they asked why I used that button and I explained exactly why and no one ever emailed back or replied. I was taken advantage of because I didn’t speak Spanish and I was knowingly charged double. NEVER GO HERE, especially if you’re not fluent in Spanish.

GiGis provides excellent service and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Kelly does an outstanding job. She is extremely professional, highly skilled and does her best to make sure her customers are highly satisfied. I noticed a bad review from a disgruntled customer Angela Garcia and happen to know that Kelly and Robin both tried their best to please this client (which she conveniently failed to mention in her review). Other customers were there to witness Angelas rude and obnoxious behaviors. There was no satisfying her no matter how hard they tried. She continued to harass Kelly and her staff even after they tried working with her to resolve the issue multiple times. They offered a refund which she refused and she happened to return for another appointment not just once, not twice but three times. Does that sound like something one would do if they were really that dissatisfied with a businesses services? NO! Come on now- the fact is Angela is just one of those customers that is impossible to please no matter how hard one tries. Folks, always remember there are two sides to every story when you read a bad review. I highly recommend GiGis Hair salon. The ladies there are very knowledgeable and do their best to please their customers. They do an excellent job and I know they will do best to deliver the services you have requested.

I love this salon. They are so friendly and definitely fix a bad haircut or color mess up. I will never try anyone else out again in Midland. Thank you so much Robin.
