Dr. Paul Gill is a great doctor. The only complaint I have is when a virtual is scheduled we have found ourselves waiting for over an hour.

Dr. Gill has been my doctor for several years now. He has always listened to my concerns and keeps up with my health issues if any at each follow up.
The staff is professional and very helpful at all times.

Dr. Gill was answered a few questions I had with regard to my brain MRI in layman terms that were easy to understand. I didn't feel like I was being rushed to complete the appointment.

Terrible at scheduling, never notifying expecting you to know what they have you down for without letting you know. Also need something done like absolutely need something done well if go to them they'll tell you it's scheduled then once you call them in 2 months and asked them about it they'll then finally schedule an appointment right before the day of

Open until 9. But door close at 8: 10 when we arrived. Instead we need to go through all the line in drive thru for our mobile order. This is stupid.

I wish the had an online pay option instead of giving my credit card info over the phone which is not a secure payment method. I was once a victim of identity theft because of paying that way but for virtual appts with this medical office I have no other option offered but the service offered is good.

I've been going to Dr. Gill for 10 years and it has always been a positive experience.especially after he moved into his own building. The stand alone building makes parking much easier than when he was at the hospital center!

Visit with drs assistant and with Dr Gill was great. Dr Gill always listens to you and responds accordingly. Visit was very informative and helpful. On the other hand someone dropped the ball as far as time. My appointment was at 1: 30. Assistant called me at about 1: 20 to collect my information for the visit. Call ended with her saying the doctor would call me shortly. At @ 2: 30 I called the office to find out if there was a problem as the doctor had not called me yet. I was told he was meeting with staff or something to that effect and would call me shortly. We hung up and the doctor then called me. I’m not upset with the doctor or his assistant but with the procedure in place for virtual visits. Having to wait for an hour for a call is not acceptable.
