Front desk is a big issue. Whoever responded the phone call did not even listen to me. Just rudely cut me off. That is how they treat new patients. As soon as she heard I am a new patient she cut me off saying-Nothing till October. I tried to ask her one simple question she cut me off without even listening and said -I don’t know.

My kids have been a patient with Dr Stephen since 2019 I’ve been loving the experience with my kids health check ups.

Was not friendly to me and my child, was in hurry to dismiss us and the receptionist was not pleasant as well

Excellent doctor, she treats my baby and us very well, she is aware of everything related to the health and development of my baby.

We waited an hour before we were seen. The parking is expensive and the doctor is too nonchalant.

Dr stephen is always patient with my list of questions as a first time mom.shes so thorough with her explainations and helps find solutions to all our concerns.we love having a doctor we can trust with our child.she always validates our concerns and provides the best solutions and shes so friendly and kind while doing it.

We have been seeing Dr. Stephen since my kids were born my oldest since Feb of 2016. We absolutely love how thorough she is. She gets the job done. She hears me and gives me her feedback in 2 perspectives and very respectfully. I’ve never come with a concern and made feel crazy. There’s been times when we have 2 different ideas of what could be wrong with my kids (yes I understand I’m not a doctor) and she never dismisses me like crazy. She listens recommends to check both ideas and we both leave happy no matter who’s correct. She’s never an I told you so doctor. Thank you Dr. Stephen for being such a great pediatrician

Dr Stephen is very nice and attentive. Cares about your concerns. Asks questions. Gives you the right time to feel welcomed. My daughter liked her very much. We thought of leaving that office since Dr Suell is no longer there. But we will stay and keep Dr. Stephen as her pediatrician.

Dr. Stephen is awesome! She's always very patient and a answers all our questions with education and encouragement. The wait at Fannin can be very long, but Dr. Stephen is wonderful.
