Nice folks very costly prices for being in a small town I wish I would of known how much my medical facial was gonna be before They recommended it and I wrnt along Also I was given a travel pillow as a gift I have no use for it Its nice and all with the company logo but I would of loved something like some free face creams or cleaners in that nature The place was clean and they have finance so you can pay in payments if you get approved I was able to do a walk in I went in and wanted a lip flip and ended up with 1 syringe of lip filler for 600 and some change and a medical facial for 400 left there a total of 1000 and something Again what I learned from. My experience was ask all the questions before and don't be embarrassed to ask prices even doe it's embarrassing

Grayce is absolutely amazing. Everyone in the office at Ginger Allure is super friendly and helpful. I always feel so welcomed and comfortable when I am there. Every procedure I have had done is absolutely amazing! My children suffered from severe acne and we went to several other locations including Westlake Dermatology to help with their acne and no one could help. Once they started with Grayce she completely cleared their acne and still 3 years later they look amazing. This had totally built their self esteem!

This quaint Med Spa has such delightful energy. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. Paris did my procedure and I couldn't be happier with the results! It was my first time and she delivered exquisite work and was very gentle. I recommend their services.

The short version: This place is amazing a family run small business worth supporting, will recommend to friends. The staff, the office and everything else was incredible. Do not be hesitant at all, I was very hesitant but I’m so happy with my results and the staff.

The long version: I was a little hesitant with this being a med spa and not a plastic surgeon (which people recommend for these types of injectables) but people say you need to see photos of the work and that surprisingly isn’t easy to come by even with plastic surgeons and some in town big name dermatology offices we’re all familiar with don’t even post their work and can be double to triple the price.a lot of people don’t post their work or showcase like this place.

So that was the best advice I’ve been given that I’d like to pass on. If you don’t like what you see on their Instagram or don’t see any photos referencing the work they do, go elsewhere. If you don’t like their instagram, then this place might not be for you and that’s fast and easy to determine. However for me I found the work to look natural while addressing aging concerns I had.

The Office: It’s sparklingly clean. Don’t be fooled by the exterior and it being a house in the downtown area (not uncommon for business or doctors offices at all but can be a concern for some). It’s fully a medical office inside and incredibly clean. The floors are so clean you can see yourself in them and the practitioners all clean their stations repeatedly through out the process to maintain cleanliness. I was thoroughly impressed, I could smell how clean it was the entire time which is such a comfort.

The Staff: From my consultation with Paris to my procedure with Grayce everyone was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

I was scared and notified the staff I have a vasovagal response (faint easily), so they might need to be prepared or accommodate for such situation if I faint or anything of the sort.

When I tell you they sprung to action and gave me every precaution to make sure I was fully comfortable and taken care of, through out the entire process. I mean it. I am blown away!

I’ve been to doctors offices where they don’t even take as much care with their patients, this place is so nice and goes above and beyond to take care of their clientele.

I can’t find enough good things to say. A great experience sometimes has to be shared and is something you just can’t fake and to be frank when it’s your face, we’re taking a huge risk to trust others and see and address the concerns we see. So they need to be very knowledgeable and professional which they are.

You can’t buy or fake kindness, you can’t buy or fake bedside manner, you can’t buy or fake a true professional mentality or knowledge for that matter. Atleast in my experience… when it comes time to measure up the staff has it all and then some. Definitely worth coming for. I’m gonna be a repeat customer for sure. So grateful to the team here!
