It was my first time with the Girlings and my experience was that I was misled concerning the pay rate. I was offered one thing but saw another due to system default. I understand computers machines or what-have-you can make mistakes but their system was useless. There was no stored information of my logins and outs; info concerning client etc. I was told that I would have to screenshot my days and time. Why use Vesta if I've got to do all that myself? I kept calling the office to try and get in touch with my coordinator, but she was hardly never available. What I don't understand is how a computer can change a pay rate on its own. It was just too much going on due to system malfunction. So I resigned after 2 weeks.

The home care professionals. They let you choose your caretaker, it can be family or friends, yet the help with the AUthritis is so needed. Thank you Girling for letting me remain independent! Even with a horrible disease. It's not so bad to have your childhood neighbor taking great care of the client! Me.
