Biggest rip off in the city. They asked me to buy a membership in home services for a discounted price of $249 for a year of plumbing services with no future calls. The plumber came to my house and was here for 10 minutes, they charged a 2 hour minimum. I called to get a refund on the membership I had already paid for and they told me that service fee was $169. This may be the biggest ripoff in Houston, Texas. First, most service vendors charge a one hour service, not two hours. NEVER EVER USE THIS PLUMBING SERVICE.

Jack and his assistant were tenacious in identifying the cause. It was stressful when it affected the basement sewer tub for the laundry tub and kitchen sink. The competence, honesty and terrific communication made a tough situation less stressful. They realized the urgency and returned on a number of occasions to make sure the issue was resolved. Jack assisted with installing a kitchen faucet and filtered water faucet, cleaning up the mess left by another contractor. They were incredibly responsive, arriving within hours of my call. They worked efficiently and fixed my plumbing perfectly. Great company, and great service!

Can't say enough good things about Gladstone Plumbing. Have used for several jobs, with the last being a full replacement of the HVAC system. They were able to schedule sooner, which was great! But even better was the fact that their bid came in almost $3,000 under the other company we had to do a bid.and that included more efficient equipment! If you need HVAC work, look no further.

Gladstone Plumbing Co tech diagnosed and sorted issue with our boiler not getting any power and fixed a pressure/blockage issue. Very professional, fully explained everything he was doing and offered excellent advice. I will certainly be inviting him back for future work and highly recommend him.

The technician, Jeff, who serviced my broken sump pump was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He gave me some tips on other issues in my house. He mentioned some upgrades/fixes I should consider but was not pushy. He was efficient and patient. He worked with me on pricing options. I would recommend.

Mark and Joel were amazing from the beginning. I called them to repipe the existing pipes in my home. They were both clear in their communication of the process. They were friendly and professional. They completed the job of repiping certain areas in the house as well as having to reroute plumbing from one of the bathrooms. It was no small project and they exceeded all my expectations. Jack was punctual, professional and quickly identified that the water pressure coming into my home was extremely high. He replaced the necessary pipes and gauges and adjusted the water pressure to the correct levels. He also replaced the gas pipe to my stove so that it fit flush again the wall. I highly recommend Gladstone Plumbing Co services.

Jeff showed up on time, was very professional and got the job done quickly. He installed a regulator on our gas meter because we are upgrading the meter to accommodate a pool heater. He checked the gas appliances when the work was complete and wore shoe coverings in the house which I appreciate. He also checked out our current water heater and gave me an idea of what would need to be done when we upgrade ours. The whole process was seamless. I really like the text updates the company sends out!

We had a good pleasure of Jack coming out and helping us set up propane for our fire pit and outdoor griddle. He did a great job making sure everything was functional and working as it should. I will keep these guys on file for my Plumbing needs.
