Charles and Perez came out and replaced my windshield. Very friendly, easy to communicate with, and they paid attention to the small details! I would highly recommend this company. Hopefully not, but if needed again will use Glass America.

This is my second time at this location I needed to get a retractor put in and was advised of one price but when they call to schedule me the price was double that amount I spoke to the manager and he advised me of the labor cost and what they had to do and that was why the price was quoted. He also told me that it would take 2 hours to replace the retractor and remove the door. It actually took about 45 minutes he called me in and advised me that the price would be half of what they quoted me. I totally respect it that he honored the price that was quoted in the beginning I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a replacement window.

My technician, Aric called me the morning of my appointment and gave me an estimate for when he would be at my office. Later he texted me when he was on his way. Windshield replacement went smooth and looks great. Highly recommend.

Alex called at the appointed time and arrived within 5 minutes of guestimated arrival. Dismantle and broken glass removal went well and then, the wrong window was in the packing. He called it in, covered the void and said he would get back with me as soon as. Within 3 hours, he was back with the correct window and install went swiftly. With the lessening of quality control within today's societal environment, I don't blame Alex or G. A.for the issue and I had no where to go or be for over 36 hours so the time was not an issue as it would be with many of today's NOW brats. BTW, the G. A.cost was $85 under the highest competitive bid.

Glass America sent out a technician. Xavian, he was fast efficient, and digitally documented everything he took apart, as my vehicle had additional trim parts for the luggage racks. Xavian handled everything with precision. The windshield looks flawless. The price was the best I found with an additional Military discount. I am very satisfied with this transaction. I highly recommend Glass America. During the early morning hours someone broke into my car and damaged the passenger side window. I was going out of town the next day. Called Glass America. Spoke to Rob Messick. Rob is friendly, professional and helpful. It rained all day. Rob worked hard to get the window replaced. He was creative. He spoke to the installer. They found a place to repair the window because I didn't have a covering to complete the repair during the rain. The repair was completed in a short period of time. I was able to take my trip the next day! Because of Rob's ingenuity he didn't give up and I saved the cost of car rental in addition to the cost to repair the window! Also they are a lot cheaper than Safelite! Just saying. Tell them I sent you! Ask for Rob Messick.
