I had the pleasure of working with Andrew who went the extra mile to work with my insurance company to expedite the process of replacing my windshield in the quickest turnaround possible. Also the specialist assigned to me James Lunsford did excellent work in a timely manner and has a great personality with excellent customer service. 10/10 recommendation.

Technician arrived promptly and was within time frame provided however my husband had to assist the technician throughout the process. Did not being a ladder or clean up the area before installing window and my husband had to make a small repair because technician was not sure how to repair. Overall happy but disappointed in how much we had to assist in the process.

James did such an amazing job with my windshield repair. The process was so easy and the customer service was top tier. Thank you!

I called on the morning of October 31st for a broken window. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was outstanding. The tech that came to my home arrived around 6: 30pm, took measurements and let me know he would order the window panes. I was under the impression that it would be fixed that evening. Understanding he did not have the parts, was told it would take 4 days or so to come in, but they would secure the window with plastic. 4 days from then would put it around Saturday, but I would be out of town. He let me know that someone would contact me from the office to schedule the installation. The following day, the plastic had come off of the window leaving my home exposed to the cold. I never heard from the scheduling person until I reached out Wednesday around 4 pm. She stated that it would be approximately Friday, November 10th. 10 days after my initial contact? No one had communicated this process to me. I was first under the impression it would be fixed that evening. 2nd under the impression it would be 4-5 days. Now it is 10 days unless I pay another $100 rush fee? What would have been nice would involve understanding the entire process from the beginning. I sent a text photo of the window plastic that had fallen down and was told "We can send the same tech that went out there to fix. Is that okay, it will be at the end of the day between 3-6pm. " No one ever came. I responded this morning that no one had come out last night and the reply was "We have you scheduled for 11/9". So no one will be securing the window until it is replaced with new panes? I'm not feeling very good at all about this company at this point. It seems like I'm being run around and the follow-through is iffy at best.

Jason. E and Eric. B came in the other day and helped build us a board in the meantime since a car ran through the office. They were very quick and thorough about their job. Thanks guys great job

We had 18 new windows installed in our home. The installers, Jaime Pescador and Nelson Brizuela with Glass Doctor were courteous, professional, and did outstanding work on our windows! 5 Stars for these two employees!

2 technicians came to our house. One to measure. The second to install. Both were excellent. Our installer was Jesus C. He was thorough and friendly. My wife was thrilled by how well he cleaned up after the work. If I could give him a "10" instead of "5" I would!

I was on my way to work! Until a massive object flew off an 18 wheeler and shattered my front windshield! I called James Lunsford at glass doctor and they came quickly and completed it no issues. Hopefully I won’t ever have to but if anything arises I will be using them again!

Trent took the order and took care of me for the appointment set up with no issues. Josh got me in and out in about 45mins with no issues. Both of them had great additudes and awesome personalities. Fast easy simple and great service. Would suggest for your windshield replacement and other glass needs

The guy took my window panes pieces with him said give to technician he didn't waiting 3 weeks for my window to be repaired I was very upset about this should have been done 1 week they have no organization appointment time they keep changing on me mess up my work schedule.

Firouz and Mike came to replace some grasses at my house.
My windows were foggy with moisture between the glasses.
They came and solved my problem by a fraction of other companies were proposing (change the entire window).
Great work done on a budget that made sense!

James and TJ came out to fix up our broken back passenger window after it got smashed in by a burglar, and they did an amazing job. They were thorough in cleaning up the shards of glass that fell into the door and made the window look brand new. Very kind and courteous, and although we hope we don’t need to repair our windows any time soon, if we do, we know who to call.

Humberto and Roberto were absolutely fabulous! Had to install from inside due to iron bars and age of siding. They removed a valance that was more than just lifting off the wall. They installed the window quickly, rehung the valance, looked at my sliding glass door that needs the closure replaced and we pleasant and well groomed. Loved having them in my home!

Every thing turned out fantastic! My Technicians Roberto and Humberto did a phenomenal job with the install!
