We had a completely stuck sliding patio door in an older townhome we recently bought. We didnt want to pay the money to completely replace the door, and Glass Doctor saved the day. The door frame wasn't even & has settled over the years so it wasnt an easy fix. They shaped the sliding doors to fit just right in 2 visits to where the door finally opens/closes smoothly & can actually lock/unlock. James & both Johnny's were professional, informative, & found solutions to a problem they hadn't seen before & saved us a lot of money. Will be using them again for any future needs!

The technician, Rudy I think is his name, was great. Friendly, cleaned up things, got here on a weekend after a lightning strike blew out three windows. Please give him a raise.

John and Team are simply the best. They are super professionals and also they get what customers need, every time.
We needed a balcony glass door to be replaced. John and team realized that it will be tough to match the exact tint on the glass. Hence they took a small sample of the current tint and the installer showed up with the glass which was pre-tinted with the right tint. That meant we did not need a second visit by a tint expert to come and finish the job. Work was completed on schedule, professionally, and with no surprises on cost.

Glass Doctor was the only company of the ~12 that I contacted that were willing to take on the glass replacement in my 60 year old front door. The repairman found the right way to complete the repair and was on the road within about 30 minutes. He was very helpful and professional.

Was able to get an appt within a day to repair a crack on my car windshield and they came out to my house. Took max 30 minutes and everything looks great. Highly recommend!

Our technician was phenomenal. Not only did he arrive early, he installed our glass and found a few areas that needed some additional caulk. His estimate to replace the window was 30 minutes, but it only took him 15. Everything was amazing with the service

All around pretty bad experience with this company. They ordered the wrong glass and the techs who arrived to install it did not inspire much confidence they could actually perform the work correctly and professionally. Once they realized they had ordered the wrong glass, they tried to tell me the correct type of glass would take 8-10 weeks and asked if I would accept ending the contract for a full refund. I took their offer and have now found out the glass vendor does in fact have the glass in stock so what Glass Doctor told me was a lie to get out of the contract. They're probably fine for auto glass repair on an old beater or a cheap fix but nothing too complex or creative where craftsmanship matters.

They were very good. Not a bad price.
