If I could give zero stars I would. The worst first visit ever. I showed up 30 minutes early to do my new patient paperwork. The receptionist didn't acknowledge me till 20 minutes after I signed in. Then, they didn't call me back until 30 minutes after my appointed appointment time. The receptionist failed to tell me when I initially made my appointment that my visit was going to be 2 to 3 hours and they were going to dilate my eyes. How do they expect someone to drive a vehicle with dilated eyes? ! If that information was provided to me at the time of making my appointment, I could have found a ride vs wrecking my car. Most of all, I took PTO time off of work to go to this appointment and they failed to give me all this information. I wasn't the only person in the waiting room complaining about the long wait time. Not only did I waste my PTO time, tolls and gas but I never saw the doctor! The front end department is awful! So, if you plan on going here expect to spend the WHOLE day there. I will not be going back.

This place makes my stomach hurt. To get a refill it takes a week till my pharmacy gives up then they ignore my daily calls until I tell them I’m coming down to get a refill order. This has been the norm for years.

I had the XEN 45 Placement done on 03/28/2023 by Dr Helen Kornmann. Everything was very smooth. The treatment before, during, and after he surgery was exceptionally good. I would like to thank all who were involved that day.

4 hrs for 1st appointment.

If you’re a parent, care giver, WFH etc…take PTO for 1/2 day especially if it’s your 1st appointment as it’ll be 4 hours.

Very bad customer service. Very frustrated calling this office, either talk to machine or their fax machine did not receive papers from Insurance company. Apparently their office has big issue for Internal process issue- And their excuse is always: they are busy or I am sorry - No caring staffs, No sympathy, No atmosphere clinic!

My 2nd time of bad experience was my family doctor already faxed over my HMO- Referral, plus BCBS mailed out Referral approval. As I had bad experience with this office mis-communication, I called in and the office denied receiving HMO-Referral. Then it took me 2 hours to start-over/faxed again and kept calling to ensure they receive the Referral.

2/27/2023 - My 3rd time of bad experience was technician never call back until 48hours after.

High suggest all Patients, you have to call in to follow up! Their internal process is so, so messed-up! Their staffs have No sympathy, no mercy - other than keep saying: I am sorry - just all.

Being in the medical field, I understand how physician's offices work in big groups. Sometimes it can get overwhelming for people, and sometimes things do not go as smoothly as one would like.
My experience with Dr. Godfrey at (GAT) was great! Brittney and T effectively managed me through the process promptly before seeing Dr. Godfrey.
Additionally, I recommend Dr. Godfrey as he takes the time to walk you through your exam and takes the time to explain the following next steps in getting you the proper treatment.
